Caretaker/Handyman - Finger Lakes, NY

Maintenance Manager in small-medium size Mobile Home Park

Medium size mobile home park with opening for Handyman/Maintenance person to respond to park issues and tenant problems. Ideal individual or couple will be retired and looking to keep busy.

Responsibiliities include monitoring water, septics and electrical systems, mowing. Calling owner when system malfunctions occur. Making repairs to rental homes owned by community including installing new carpet, minor plumbing repairs, basic carpentry, unfreezing pipes in winter. Any expertise with electric a plus. Depending on experience and interest can also include snow plowing, refuse removal. Must be HONEST, conscientious, have good communication skills, take direction, be able to get along with tenants and contractors. This does not have to be a fulltime position. Compensation depends on experience.

Resident Caretakers - Mahe

Looking for a young and dynamic couple as Resident Caretakers for a private family home in the Seychelles to assume a hands on role with the ongoing operations of the home including the following:

• Assist with the house cleaning, laundry, and house shopping
• Must have maintenance skills, including the ability to use power tools and machinery and perform repairs as well as maintenance of the pool
• Must be physically able to work in the gardens and some heavy lifting may be required
• Must both be able to drive to assist with the running of errands and to pick up and drop off guests
• Couple will have flexible working hours and will be on call 24 hours a day
• Will be required to perform lunch or dinner service for the family
• Oversee the management of the local staff 
• Must like pets

Previous experience in chalet management would be a plus. The couple will be provided with accomodation on the property and a salary comensurate with experience will be provided to each. Uniforms will also be provided.

Ranch Caretakers - Sedona, AZ

We have two properties side by side and have an opportunity for a couple to help in the day to day activities. Including,, but not limited to light horse care, gardening , landscape maintenance, pool cleaning, weeding and cabin cleaning. We have a minimum amount of work in mind with the possibility of increasing if additional monies are of interest. We have plenty to do.

This would start as a 2-3 month trial with no strings attached but could be longer if both parties are pleased. We operate a holistic heath retreat center and some Air B&B Cabins.

Accommodations are provided but for now, are a well kept travel trailer with all hook ups. We plan on offering free living  accomodations and $150.00 per week in exchange for a minimal amount of work each day (3-4 hours). If you would like,  we have comprised a list of  "a la carte" jobs to make additional money. You would have your own space and make your own schedule. We are looking for 5 days work and two days off, not necessarily M-F.  We are looking to get started by June 1st.
