We are a short drive away from the South entrance of Yellowstone and not too far from Jackson Hole. We have four camp hosts - comprised of two couples - and serves as a great employment opportunity for full-time RVers looking to spend their summer in one of the most beautiful places on Earth while getting paid.

We are an extension of Signal Mountain Lodge and is located 17 miles north of our main property. We're currently looking for couples who have and can live in their own fully self-contained RV while working on site from 06/11/2019 - 09/03/2019. You will be supervising housekeepers/inspecting condos for one of our timeshare resorts in Branson Mo.

We hire couples to work at the same resort. You will work the same shift. Individual responsibilites. You will not work as a team. 

As a Housekeeping Supervisor / Room Inspector your duties will include:

Consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the supervision of housekeeping staff. A Supervisor must ensure the company mission statement and values are followed, always looking out for the best interests of the company, its employees and customers.

o Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within the staff

o Assist in the training and development of staff, both existing and new

o Prep units for housekeepers

o Examine carpets, drapes and furniture for stains, damage or wear and report as necessary

o Inspect and prepare clean units before reporting them as vacant and ready

o Complete the required amount of report cards per week

o Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure

o Clean units including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks as needed

o Replace house wares inventory and supplies as needed

o Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of storage closets

o Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper

o Attend all training sessions and make practical application of training

o Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office

o Willing and able to perform any and all duties related to site operation as directed

o Ensure a sense of urgency exists within housekeeping staff so that units are turned on time

o Personal timeliness, be prompt with all assignments and appointments

Qualifications:

1 + yr. housekeeping experience and/or supervisory / management experience

Must pass a background check, possess a valid driver license and be available to work holidays and weekends.

Scope:

Under the direction of the District Manager, the primary function of the Community Manager is providing competent and effective leadership which will ensure the growth and success of both the community as well as employees. To be responsible for all phases of the operation of the Property, including but not limited to; general administration, maintenance, leasing, resident relations, collection of rents, cleanup of violations and oversight of all personnel and resources. To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance service.

The following is meant to cover the majority of the tasks to be performed but is not conclusive and may change as client deems fit and determined by your supervisor:

Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills:

• Maximize the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the community

• Full accountability of budget performance and development
• Provide leadership, guidance and delegate priority tasking ensuring that all policy rules and procedures are followed
• Direct sales and marketing activity
• Perform weekly property visits with follow up
• Ensure that all rents are collected by months end and handled delinquency accounts with Attorney
• Hire, train and coach on site staff and complete performance evaluations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management preferred
• Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis
• Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management based software

Rent collection - Collection calls, 3% or less delinquency, and including daily depositing

Other duties and projects as assigned

Negotiate contracts for home repairs and community expense

Requirements are:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years property management
• Prior sales and leasing experience
• General knowledge of repair and maintenance
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws regarding fair housing and employment law
• Computer proficiency, including the internet and Microsoft Office; experience using Rent Manager is preferred.
