Maintenance Manager in small-medium size Mobile Home Park

Medium size mobile home park with opening for Handyman/Maintenance person to respond to park issues and tenant problems. Ideal individual or couple will be retired and looking to keep busy.

Responsibiliities include monitoring water, septics and electrical systems, mowing. Calling owner when system malfunctions occur. Making repairs to rental homes owned by community including installing new carpet, minor plumbing repairs, basic carpentry, unfreezing pipes in winter. Any expertise with electric a plus. Depending on experience and interest can also include snow plowing, refuse removal. Must be HONEST, conscientious, have good communication skills, take direction, be able to get along with tenants and contractors. This does not have to be a fulltime position. Compensation depends on experience.
