Campground in Northern California central to many tourist attractions looking for a couple to fill a set of positions just opened up due a no show ASAP. These are Fully paid positions ($11.50 per hour) and include FHU site (no rent or charge backs), Wi-Fi, TV on Satellite and other perks. Staff have full access to all amenities. Positions are for reservations/store and in the campground
Family style resort with many returning guests located in an ancient grove of Redwoods with private access to the Eel river. This is not your normal typical workcamping job experience as we are looking for fun couples who enjoy the social aspect of being with others, we are not looking for any drama.
We will be setting up interviews this week where we can go over the duties and resort in depth.
Resort Managers-InnKeepers ( couple) for an 18 Room motel - Lauderdale by the Sea, FL

Summary:
Immediate opening to manage/run an 18 room motel in Lauderdale By The Sea. This position may also include occasionally overlooking a sister property that is a 2 minute walk away. The position is for a couple who will live onsite and manage the daily operations of the motel. They have to be self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for a couple also with friendly customer service, computer / office skills and some maintenance experience. Responsibilities also include housekeeping, laundry and other duties that relate to our vacation rental business. We run a good business and need good quality service-oriented managers
Hours:
Hours are as needed to complete all daily tasks
High season will require long hours. Low season will require less hours
Salary:
$35,000/ yr (for the couple)
One bedroom apartment included valued at $1500/month including cable , electricity, heating and wifi
Job Duties:
-Checking in guests, accepting payments and room inventory scheduling
-Turning over vacancies when guests vacate the rooms
-Daily updating of motel software
-Daily house cleaning and trash removal, including making of beds, bathroom and toilet cleaning, dusting, sweeping and mopping
-General housekeeping which includes cleaning rooms, bathrooms, daily laundry of linen, cigarette removal and sweeping of exterior patios and walkways
-Daily cleaning of patio furniture surfaces and maintaining appearance of property
-Daily removal of plant debris from pool
-Weekly trash container set-out
-Responsible for additional assignments delegated by owner
Requirements:
-Must be able to kneel, walk, carry and lift objects
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Opportunity for Working Couple - Live in caretaker/cleaning - Alton, NH

We are searching for an experienced couple to cover caretaker/cleaning duties in Alton NH for a 10 acre, very large estate. The caretaker must enjoy being hands-on, working outdoors in all four seasons and have previous long-term tenure in a similar position. The caretaker would be required to perform hands on duties seasonally, and expect to work the equivalent of full time hours. We are looking for a self starter that can anticipate and be invested in keeping the property in pristine condition.
In addition, we are also seeking that the couple provide cleaning services regularly as needed throughout the year for the home/garage/accessory buildings.
Salary is commensurate with services the couple is able to provide. The couple will be provided with a 1BR/1BA 900 sf apartment fully appointed with appliances, laundry room, and furniture if needed. More details and photos will be shared with qualified candidates. Housing is optional, also open to a full time arrangement without housing.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintenance, supervision and security of property
- Opening and closing areas around the home as needed seasonally
- Grounds maintenance and lawn care
- General handyman skills
- Operating outdoor equipment
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies and equipment
The caretakers will need to be well organized, self-starters and should not have to be told what to do. They should be detail oriented, able to plan ahead and keep a clean and organized workspace. This is the perfect position for a couple who loves being physically active, in excellent health, and takes pride in their work.

- Maintain accurate resident records in property management software and resident files
- Approving petty cash requests, processing property invoices, security deposit reconciliations, making daily bank deposits and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management
- Makes regular assessment of the condition of the property and resolves maintenance and cleaning issues
- Responsible for the marketing of the community, manufactured homes and for maintaining positive resident relations
- Maintain accurate and in depth knowledge of all aspects of inventory particularly in areas such as rent pricing, lease renewals, knowledge of surrounding neighborhoods and competing MHC's
- Perform ongoing routine inspections of all vacant homes throughout the turnover process to ensure the residence is ready in accordance with company standards
- List and maintain available homes in company software and other available marketing outlets to ensure accurate inventory information for leasing and reporting
- Schedule appointments to meet and sign all lease paperwork, accept rental payment and complete move-in orientation
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years direct experience with Manufactured Home Communities
Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, and Excel are required
Rent Manager Software Experience a plus
General understanding of accounting and property management principals
Excellent communication and organizational skills required
