MANAGEMENT COUPLE - MOBILE HOME PARK MANAGER TEAM - Tustin, CA

Looking for a motivated, friendly management/maintenance team for our well maintained and desired 100 space All-Age Mobile Home Community in Tustin, CA.

The ideal team would have experience with mobile home park management, be familiar with California Mobile Home Residency Laws, Title 25 and other applicable laws. WMA certification is a plus. Between the team members, the following skills and abilities are necessary;

Resident Manager: Rent collection and deposits, computer and smart phone knowledge, bookkeeping, public relations, filing/record-keeping, screening prospective residents and processing new resident paperwork, enforcing rules and regulations, serving violation and legal notices when necessary and other misc. office skills. Manager must also adhere to Fair Housing laws, regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures.

Maintenance: Working knowledge of basic construction, plumbing and electrical and will include daily outside maintenance, overseeing community construction projects and general oversight of the physical aspects of the community. Maintenance tech must also ensure property site conditions are in good working order with excellent curb appeal.

Park managers must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity and leadership in all areas of performance. Honesty and positive attitude is a must. Applicants must have previous management experience and the desire to work together. Applicants also must be willing to work closely with the Regional Park Manager and Assistant Manager.

Compensation: Salary DOE plus 2-bedroom manufactured home. Medical, dental & vision benefits including Company holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Workcamper Couple Positions Oct 2019-April 2020 - Surprise, AZ

Looking for an active job in a 5-star community with music 7 days a week at the Tiki Bar & Grille with over 50 clubs to participate in? Look no further! A few Workcamper Couple Positions are still availabe for the 2019-2020 season at our Resort in Surprise, AZ, an active 55+ RV resort. Workcampers can participate in all resort activities and amenities. Positions available in Food Services. Season runs from Oct. 10, 2019 to end of April 2020. (Will consider Fall 2019 only as well). 

Hours worked provide pay for your site & utilities - no additional salary. Oct-Dec couples work approximately 26 hrs/pay period/couple (13 hrs each person per pay period) and Jan-April couples work approximately 54 hrs/pay period/couple (27 hrs each person per pay period). If only one person in couple works then they cover the full hours above. Note that pay periods are 2x a month and you receive an actual paycheck.

Housing consists of a gravel & cement RV site, so must have your own unit. You don't have to be 55 to work here but RV's must be self contained, no older than 10 years (unless approved by management via pictures), minimum of 22ft in length (not including the hitch neck) and no more than 2 pets per unit.

Onsite Management/Maintenance team for Small RV Park - Rockport, TX

The Rockport area is a beautiful resort area on the Texas Gulf Coast that was hit by Hurricane Harvey two years ago. The park has been repaired and has been up and running since Oct 1st 2017 and is full at this time. This is a permanent year round position with part time hours and we are looking for a couple who can start as soon as possible. We are seeking a couple with skills and a long-term desire to commit to the needs of the guests and to uphold the standards and policies of the owners.

Highest quality of integrity required. Previous park experience with Campground Master is a plus. This is an onsite position and you need to have your own RV. We have 53 sites and 4 cabins. As a team you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the park. We run Campground Master Software to handle the park reservations and income for the park. You will also be responsible for cleaning the small activity room and two bathrooms and the 4 cabins as needed. The cabins are one room and bathroom similar to a studio apartment. There are two small pools, side by side that need to be cared for (we have an awesome dolphin robotic cleaner). You will also be taking care of the grounds and monitoring the septic system. We have a zero turn mower and they currently mow the park in one day. There is some weed eating to be done, but we spray to kill weeds in certain areas. There is also the minor handyman maintenance to handle but all major maintenance is handled by the park owners. This is a monthly park with only occasional daily or weekly guest. Thirty-six of our 53 sites are rented year round to guests who are mostly fishermen and while their RVs are here, they are mainly just here on weekends. The other sixteen sites are rented six month in the summer and 5-6 months in the winter. We are fully booked and have a waiting list to get into our park. This is an easy park to manage and is mostly a part-time job. The office is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday and open 10 - 4 (closed for an hour for lunch) on Thursday - Saturday and Monday and only open 10 - 1 on Sunday. Weekends are our busiest time as most of our guests are in the park on the weekends. Housekeeper/Gardener Couple Team needed for a large remote ranch in Northern California. Princpals travel with five core family members and are in residence 80-90 days per year. Longer hours when they are in residence. 

Full-Time position for two separate roles on a large remote ranch with a lake, rivers and beautiful mountains. Seeking a Housekeeper to clean the primary residence on a regular, rotating basis full time & a Gardener to care for the outside of the main residence, guest house and other property. 

Full housekeeping of western style large log home; dusting from top to bottom of logs, oriental rugs throughout. Clean house on a rotating basis make sure home is guest ready at all times. Must have an eye for detail and enjoy cleaning. Wardrobe care, laundry, pressing, hanging clothes and organizing closets. Assist with luggage, packing and unpacking if needed. Set tables, serve, clear and clean up meals when family is in residence.

Includes but it not limited to care of the lawns; mowing, raking, wedding. Flower beds, planting, wedding and watering. Care of hot tub and beach area; rake, care for the outdoor furniture, cut cattails when needed for children’s play area at the lake. Sweep patios, wash windows, clean cars & ATV’s and maintain all equipment needed to care for the grounds. Monitor irrigation making sure the sprinklers are operating properly. 

Must have no aspirations of becoming managers looking for people that enjoy working and being of service to a lovely close-knit family. Must be able to provide service but not be invasive in their personal time at ranch.
