Park Host - Graham, WA

We need Camp Hosts for Summer 2019. We are seeking a seasonal RV camp host couple, for our Park, in Pierce County, Washington for June, July, & August, or June through September or October. 

This is an 80-acre park, which includes Frontier Lodge, picnic shelters, horse arenas, barns, and Little Wheels (1/4 midget) racetrack. The park also hosts the Pierce County Fair, Highland Games, and various car shows, dog shows, Boy and Girl Scout activities, weddings, and picnicking. The park is located about an hour from beautiful Mt. Rainier National Park and close to South Hill, Puyallup. The park is open from 7:00am until 9:00pm. 

The park duties include closing or opening gates, various park chores, such as cleaning bathrooms & picnic facilities, and emptying garbages. Must be flexible. 

Compensation includes space for your own RV, with electricity, water, and septic hookups. 

Background check is required. Must have current driver’s license, references, and be able to work well with the public.

• Hire, train and coach on site staff and complete performance evaluations
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management preferred
• Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis
• Knowledge of computer systems is a must. Proficiency in rent management-based software
• It is expected and required all business practices are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedure.
• Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management maintenance service.

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping the complex up and running. This includes general repair, maintenance updates, and at times, more complex tasks such as troubleshooting and correcting HVAC and electrical needs.

Campground Helpers - Custer , SD

Here at our Campground we are looking for a couple to help with daily tasks around the campground.

The lists of duties may include:

• Cleaning the store, bathrooms, cabins, and sites 
• Mowing and trimming of grounds
• restocking firewood box
• escorting campers to sites

To compensate you for your work, you will be given your RV site at no cost. You will be asked to work Thursday through Tuesday from 10:00 - 2:00.

Looking for summer 2019 camphosts. We are in beautiful North Fork Idaho on 18 acres with the salmon river running throughout property with trees and grass and mountains surrounding us.

Full hook up site, free laundry, and discounts on all we sell are what we offer in exchange for 20 hours per week. We have a gift store, snack shop and laundry on site. Couples work same shifts, and have same days off. You can bike, hike, fish, visit museums, ghost towns, hot springs, the list is endless. We are 15 minutes away, great restaurants, shopping and more. Ladies work the check in desk, offer suggestions for our guests on things to do, take reservations. Guys work outside keeping property looking pristine, take guests to sites and general maintenance.
