Management Team - Gainesville, FL

Looking for a leasing agent/maintenance tech team to oversee 135 unit property in Gainesville Fl.  Maintenance tech must have experience with p -tec ac's, have tools, and cell phone.  Leasing agent experience is perferred,  but will train the right candidate! 

Vendors take care of turns, grass, pool.  Rental discount available if needed but apartment is not part of the package.  Great location!  Current occupancy is approx 95%  Please email resumes!
