***MUST HAVE MANUFACTURED HOUSING EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT***

We are seeking a team to fulfill a Community Manager and Maintenance Manager position for a manufactured home community. The Team will oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and sales. This position includes housing, utilities, and commissions.

Duties include but are not limited to:
– Sales/leasing
– Rent collection
– Resident relations

The ideal candidate should have:
– Previous experience in property management
– Customer service skills
– Collections experience
– Computer knowledge

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Superisory experience
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management, leadership, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer & internet knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Property Management experience is required.
• Community Manager must have maintenance experience and the ability to manage a maintenance team

Salary: $75-$80k for the team plus housing, utilities, commission, monthly and annual bonuses.

Live-in Mangers of Adult Foster Home - Medford, OR

Live-in managers (couple or individual) needed for an adult foster home for five adults with mental illnesses. (This is not a senior nor developmental disabilities foster home). The home is nice and in an ideal neighborhood. 

Requirements:

* Minimum age 21 yrs

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years continuous experience in a caregiving position

*At least three references/recommendations 

*Excellent caregiving skills, including energy, patience, compassion, and medication management

*Excellent verbal and written communication, documentation, and computer/cell phone skills

*Excellent home management skills, including cleaning, cooking, organizing, budgeting

*Approved criminal background check (to be completed during hiring process)

*Oregon Adult Foster Care Certification (to be completed during hiring process)

*First Aid and CPR Certification (may be completed during hiring process)

* Sufficient physical and mental health to perform this job, evidenced by a physician's certification (to be completed during hiring process)

Compensation:

Monthly compensation includes housing (private master bedroom with private bathroom in the adult foster home), household food, paid utilities, and $3000/mo. First year of employment, one day off per week. Subsequent years, two days off per week. 

Couples Caretaking Position - Swan Valley, ID

Year round caretaking guest ranch. May - October is busy and November - April is very slow. 30' yurt is the living accommodations. 30-40 hour work week per person during busy season and 10-20 hour work week per person in down months. You will be wearing many hats including breakfast chef, laundry, basic handyman experience, yard and lawn maintenance, booking guests, managing housekeeping, some housekeeping, managing big groups and more.

Resident Property Management Couple - Auburn, WA

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Property Management Couple to join our team at a large, upscale, 55+ manufactured housing community comprising 314 spaces. This dynamic position requires a self-motivated, full-time two-person team with excellent problem-solving skills, patience in dealing with senior clientele, and a hands-on approach incorporated with exceptional customer service capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Position:

• Utilize good basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet use, along with onsite management software
• Maintain a professional appearance and interact calmly and professionally with our clientele
• Duties include rent collection, maintaining occupancy levels, documentation for resident files, processing and screening applicants for residency, and enforcement of community standards
• Handle daily invoice approvals, clubhouse event scheduling, and daily interaction with residents, including conflict resolution abilities

Maintenance Position:

• Possess hands-on general maintenance abilities and supervisory capabilities
• Meet deadlines and schedules efficiently
• Tasks include general maintenance of common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, reading utility meters, swimming pool maintenance, subcontractor approval and supervision, and professional interaction with residents

Basic Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (those with some college preferred)
• Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, drug test, and physical capability check
• Manufactured housing property management experience preferred but not necessary
