We are seeking a full-time dedicated live onsite Management couple to oversee all hotel operations at our Washington, PA hotel. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in hospitality, safety and security, emergency procedures, conflict resolution, billing, computer knowledge, phone abilities, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the operations, including managing and hiring the staff, guest services, security, laundry, housekeeping, inventory ordering, maintenance, and revenue management.
- Hire, train and supervise all staff and ensure smooth operation of all departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and maintain the property's security protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Work with contractors to develop and maintain the facility
- Communicate with the finance department to reconcile all financial matters
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry or similar industry
- Security and emergency procedures and protocols
- Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities
- Familiarity with phone systems, management software, websites, and other communication tools

Job Summary:
Campground employees are responsible for daily upkeep of campground sites, cleaning & maintenance of comfort stations, giving campers outstanding guest service experiences and being subject matter experts on all things camping in Yellowstone National Park.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: June - November
Pay: $15.00 - $16.25 hourly
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

- Resolve guest problems skillfully with a willingness and desire to understand a guest’s viewpoint and to take any necessary steps so that the guest is satisfied when they leave
- Document guest problems and/or complaints using correct forms and procedures
- Make, confirm, assist, and cancel reservations, including promoting and selling park activities
- Register guests while receiving and posting proper payment and finalizing guest accounts at
- checkout

Qualifications:
- Human relations skills. Must be a "people-person" who thrives on public contact.
- Communication, sales, cash handling, and computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Driver's license for driving company vehicles
- Lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs
- Standing for long periods and walking up and down stairs as well as outdoors
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching outward and above the shoulder for up to 6 hours per shift.
- Repetitive arms, wrist, and hands motion for up to 7 hours per shift.
