Live-in Mangers of Adult Foster Home - Medford, OR

Live-in managers (couple or individual) needed for an adult foster home for five adults with mental illnesses. (This is not a senior nor developmental disabilities foster home). The home is nice and in an ideal neighborhood. 

Requirements:

* Minimum age 21 yrs

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years continuous experience in a caregiving position

*At least three references/recommendations 

*Excellent caregiving skills, including energy, patience, compassion, and medication management

*Excellent verbal and written communication, documentation, and computer/cell phone skills

*Excellent home management skills, including cleaning, cooking, organizing, budgeting

*Approved criminal background check (to be completed during hiring process)

*Oregon Adult Foster Care Certification (to be completed during hiring process)

*First Aid and CPR Certification (may be completed during hiring process)

* Sufficient physical and mental health to perform this job, evidenced by a physician's certification (to be completed during hiring process)

Compensation:

Monthly compensation includes housing (private master bedroom with private bathroom in the adult foster home), household food, paid utilities, and $3000/mo. First year of employment, one day off per week. Subsequent years, two days off per week.
