This is a first class state-of-the-art facility with 904 climate controlled and 76 non-climate controlled storage units. All units are individually alarmed and use cylinder locks. This facility also features video surveillance, light sensors, music in hallways and keypad entry to gate and entry to each floor. The office was designed by an interior designer. Previous storage experience is a plus but not mandatory. No truck rentals.

There is a beautiful large 1,320 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a covered carport area. All utilities paid. 

This facility never flooded, even during Harvey. It's not located in the flood plain.

We are a family-owned and operated company with several locations in Houston. The storage facility is located in an established residential are, with lots of homes, town homes and class "A" apartments.

We are a 55+ Seasonal RV Resort that is Pet Free. You must both be able and willing to fulfill work duties. Cleaning of bathrooms,clubhouse and common areas, yard work (must be able to operate gas weed eater), reading electric meters once a month, office duties.  Basic computer skills required. Approximately 25 hours per work each in exchange for FHU Site (Water,Sewer,Electric).
