The successful candidate couple must consist of two qualified candidates who have a passion for working with seniors. Also, a proven customer service background and strong management/supervisory experience is necessary to assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of our retirement communities. Salary Package and Benefits:

At Hawthorn Senior Living we have a very attractive salary package for our Assistant Manager teams. The salary package is broken down into the following categories:

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000 to $70,000 per year to start (depending on the cost of living in the area where are placed) for our Assistant Management Team. However, each person will be paid their own individually portion of the aforementioned salary.

Accommodation:
As this is a live-in position, the accommodation provided is a one bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. In addition to the apartment benefit, the Assistant Managers are also provided with all utilities paid including basic cable, unlimited parking, and as well as all meals included. In addition, we offer relocation assistance and encourage all applicants who are open to relocation, to apply.

Healthcare and Other Perks:
We offer a competitive salary and a benefit package that includes paid time off and the opportunity to elect healthcare, dental, vision, prescription plan and disability benefits; as well as life insurance, a 401k plan with company match (or RRSP in Canada) and an employee assistance program.


Schedule:
Our Assistant managers work five days per week with two consecutive days off and a rotating on-call shift. We also offer paid time off including holiday, vacation and sick time.

Training:

Complete, hands-on training is provided for Assistant Management Teams, however, previous experience in a similar role is an asset. People management experience is preferred. This position is designed as a training and development role and the hope is that our Assistant Management Teams will aspire to become Managers of their own Gracious Community within a short training period.

We allow well-behaved pets in our communities with no breed restrictions so you are more than welcomed to have your furry family members join you on this adventure.

 

Overall Job Purpose:

Our Assistant Managers will work hand in hand with the Community Managers as a team to ensure that we obtain and hold 100% resident happiness, 100% financial occupancy, 100% on budget, along with a 100% trained and motivated staff.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:

· Be able to work as part of a team with the Managers and the Executive Chef to provide a great living environment for our residents and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for our staff.

· Support the Managers in the day-to-day operations of the Community.

· Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned apartment.

· Prior management experience including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.

· Ability to keep all business, operational, and resident information confidential.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Onsite Manager for our All Age Mobile Home Park located in Renton, WA. This position includes paid housing in a brand new mobile home and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rent collection and processing
- Rule enforcement to ensure community standards are upheld
- Ensure the park is visually appealing and well-maintained
- Coordinate and work with vendors for various services
- Maintain park amenities including clubhouse, basketball court, playground, and pool (knowledge of pool maintenance is a HUGE plus)

Requirements:

- Must be reliable and serious about your position
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle conflicts and enforce rules effectively
- Experience managing a mobile home community is a plus

We are looking for a bright, talented, self-motivated caretaking TEAM for our Baldwin Lake Estates Community. An example of a team dynamic that has worked in the past for us is that one person would work maybe ten hours a week in the office or cleaning, while the other person would work part to full time in maintenance and facility care. The position is hands-on and involves performing the tasks listed below. This community is family owned and located in Lino Lakes, MN. The park is owned and managed by Summit Management, which owns several other manufactured home communities and rental properties in Minnesota. The Summit Management headquarters is located in Stillwater, MN.

The right candidates will be friendly, professional and have excellent customer service skills. Must be computer-literate, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written skills are a must. The property caretakers will be responsible for a wide array of duties and tasks involved in overseeing the community. These duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering phones, emails and walk-ins regarding rental booking and lease inquiries
Customer service skills, house showings, and sale of homes
Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
Prepare, review and execute leases with new and renewing residents
Collect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our rental software
Staffing the office and office administration
Process resident inquiries and complaints -- enforcing community living standards
Maintain an update leases and rental contracts
Create, justify and update property budgets
Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
Type and proof correspondence, memos, budgets, and forms
Copy and email when needed, run errands as necessary
Maintain a court appearance calendar and make appearance for eviction actions
Implement computer upgrades when needed
Compensation for this position is use of home located in Baldwin Lake Estates. There is also financial compensation which will commensurate with experience.
