Resident Property Management Couple - Auburn, WA

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Property Management Couple to join our team at a large, upscale, 55+ manufactured housing community comprising 314 spaces. This dynamic position requires a self-motivated, full-time two-person team with excellent problem-solving skills, patience in dealing with senior clientele, and a hands-on approach incorporated with exceptional customer service capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Position:
- Utilize good basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet use, along with onsite management software
- Maintain a professional appearance and interact calmly and professionally with our clientele
- Duties include rent collection, maintaining occupancy levels, documentation for resident files, processing and screening applicants for residency, and enforcement of community standards
- Handle daily invoice approvals, clubhouse event scheduling, and daily interaction with residents, including conflict resolution abilities
Maintenance Position:
- Possess hands-on general maintenance abilities and supervisory capabilities
- Meet deadlines and schedules efficiently
- Tasks include general maintenance of common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, reading utility meters, swimming pool maintenance, subcontractor approval and supervision, and professional interaction with residents
Basic Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (those with some college preferred)
- Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, drug test, and physical capability check
- Manufactured housing property management experience preferred but not necessary

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated and professional Domestic Couple to join a dynamic household. The ideal candidates will be experienced in groundskeeping, housekeeping, cooking, and chauffeur duties. They must be bilingual in Spanish and English, able to take initiative, and provide a high level of service and care. Accommodations will be provided as part of the employment package.
Key Responsibilities:
Groundskeeping:
Maintain and manage the exterior of the property, including landscaping, gardening, and lawn care.
Assist the existing gardener and oversee additional gardening tasks.
Ensure all outdoor areas, such as patios, pools, walkways, and driveways are clean and well-maintained.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of outdoor equipment and tools.
Handle seasonal tasks such as generator maintenance and refill, plant care, and vehicle maintenance.
Housekeeping:
Perform all aspects of housekeeping, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and laundry.
Manage inventory of household supplies and perform shopping as needed.
Prepare and cook meals (chef-quality not required but bonus points if you’re a good cook!) according to the family’s preferences.
Set the table, serve meals, and handle post-meal cleanup, including doing dishes.
Assist with entertaining guests, including setup, service, and cleanup.
Chauffeur:
Provide transportation for the couple and their guests to and from the airport, around town, and to various events and appointments as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all household vehicles.
Ensure all vehicles are serviced regularly and remain in excellent condition.
Keep an organized schedule of transportation needs and plan routes accordingly.
Run general home errands as needed (picking up mail, laundry services, bureaucratic errands, etc).
General Duties:
Take proactive initiative in maintaining the household and grounds.
Identify and address tasks that need attention without requiring instructions.
Ensure a seamless and efficient operation of all household activities.
Pet care, especially when the couple is traveling (feeding, walking, bathing, taking to vet appointments, etc).
Coordinate and supervise external workers (electricians, repairmen, etc).
Requirements:
Proven experience in groundskeeping, housekeeping, cooking, and chauffeur roles.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to handle physical tasks associated with groundskeeping and housekeeping.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employers and guests.

Salary Package and Benefits:
At Hawthorn Senior Living we have a very attractive salary package for our Assistant Manager teams. The salary package is broken down into the following categories:
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $60,000 to $70,000 per year to start (depending on the cost of living in the area where are placed) for our Assistant Management Team. However, each person will be paid their own individually portion of the aforementioned salary.
Accommodation:
As this is a live-in position, the accommodation provided is a one bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. In addition to the apartment benefit, the Assistant Managers are also provided with all utilities paid including basic cable, unlimited parking, and as well as all meals included. In addition, we offer relocation assistance and encourage all applicants who are open to relocation, to apply.
