Duties include:
- Regular cleaning of building common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of all halls, air vents, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, landings, entrance, elevators, laundry room and office area.
- Assisting in building management and office administration.
- Responding to tenant inquiries and requests within a timely fashion.

Qualifications:
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
- Good maintenance and cleaning skills.
- General understanding of basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
- Knowledgeable with repair and general maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented.
- Good judgment and innovation.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
- PC skills are an asset (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
- Previous sales experience an asset.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or 5 years work related experience.
- Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants required.
- Experienced in sales or related field.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies in Manitoba and the rights and obligations of Landlords and Tenants an asset.

Mobilehome Park Management Team - Dinuba, CA

Opening for an onsite management TEAM for a 55+ Manufactured Home Community in Central California. Office Manager and Maintenance Manager Team will be responsible for day to day operation of the park. The right candidates will be friendly, professional, have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and have a willingness to learn. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.
Office Manager duties include but are not limited to:
- Current and prospective resident communications
- Answer phones, emails and walk-ins
- Accepting and preparing new resident applications for processing
- Collection of rent and monthly billing
- Process resident inquiries and complaints – enforce community rules
- Maintain positive resident relations and encourage a pleasant community atmosphere

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker Couple - Carlsbad, NM

Seeking a reliable and motivated Caretaker Couple to fill two positions and live onsite to provide housekeeping and groundskeeping for the homes on a privately-owned ranch. The property is comprised of a main house and five guest homes. The Caretaker Couple reports to the Owner and Co-Ranch Managers. This opportunity includes salary, housing, utilities, and truck for work use. The area is remote and is ideal for a couple without young or school-aged children.
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Position 1:
- Must have prior experience with/capable of cleaning and upkeep of homes.
- Provide regular deep cleaning of the main and five guest homes.

Cleaning responsibilities to include:
- Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, mudrooms, and porches.
- General dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, grill and fireplace cleaning, etc.
- Laundry washing, drying, and folding of towels, linens, and clothing.
- Coordinate with owner regarding grocery needs. Shop for food and supplies, place in bins and refrigerator as appropriate.
- Bring in the owner’s mail daily.
Position 2:
- This position requires one to be physically able to work outdoors and climb ladders.
- Must have general handyman knowledge and abilities.
- Must have prior experience with/able to safely operate mowers and other equipment including power and hand tools.

General yard work and landscaping responsibilities to include:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, removing fallen limbs, tree pruning, flower planting, and pest baiting, and other special projects.
- Irrigation of grounds and orchard trees.
- Rake/level gravel roads near houses as needed. Pressure washing sidewalks as needed.
- Keep fire and barbeque pits maintained and ready for use. Check propane levels and fill, as necessary.

Position 1 & 2:
- Team will be expected to keep the homes and grounds at guest ready level throughout the year regardless of the owner’s schedule.
- Candidates must be flexible with work schedules as these are not typical 8-5 jobs.
- While the owner and guests are offsite, work hours will be typical 8-hour day Monday – Friday.
- While the owner and guests are in residence, adjusted work schedules are required to accommodate.
- This is a long-term opportunity for a stable couple.
- Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds and be capable of doing physical labor.
- Candidates must be able to pass a background screen.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Cleaning Responsibilities:
- Change and replace all bed linens and towels.
- Sanitize and clean all restrooms
- Dust/wipe down all room surfaces including but not limited to windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furniture.
- Vacuum/mop all floors
- Restock all room amenities.
- Assure all rooms are set up to company standards
- Cleans and maintains personal workstation by properly stocking it with sheets, towels, amenities, etc.
Guest Service:
- Offers guests assistance whenever possible
- Responsible for resolving escalated customer relations issues.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
- Must respond to and follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotel’s services and accommodations.
- Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property
- Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Completes daily housekeeping report
- Informs the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk staff when rooms are ready for new customers.
- Reports any maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
Must have at least 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience.
Must have highschool dipolma.
Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check.
