Hotel Guest Services Agent - McHenry, MD
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Looking for hard working dedicated couples to work at our hotel front desk, in our Guest Services Agent position
Assures highest possible level of visitor and guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service. Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering phone calls and customer inquiries.
Room Assignments, Changes, and Issues
- Checks guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.
- Efficiently handles all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks, or traveler’s checks.
- Balances/verifies all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts.
- Ensures that all hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties and that guest privacy is maintained.
- Responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, customer service and maintenance issues.
Guest Service
- Offers guests assistance whenever possible.
- Responsible for resolving escalated customer relations issues.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
- Must respond to and follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotel’s services and accommodations.
- Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property.
- Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security.
Other Duties as Assigned
- Ensures that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Properly compiles, completes, and distributes reports to all management and relevant staff.
- Reports any maintenance, security, or s afety issues to the appropriate staff.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of front desk experience highly preferred.
- Prior experience using Windows based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work well and collaborate with others.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- May be required to stand for an extended period of time.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
RV Park Management - Casa Grande, AZ

Arizona: EXPERIENCED Management Couple with great customer service skills to manage our 55+ park. You will oversee and direct the day-to-day management operations of our park located in Casa Grande and you will be responsible for the operational aspects, customer service, and profitability of the park. Management duties include administrative activities (knowledge of Campground Master reservation system a plus), marketing, overseeing property maintenance (basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool and spa maintenance required) and supervising onsite staff. Customer service for a memorable experience is our #1 priority.
We are updating our facilities and you must be willing to help “grow” the park to its maximum potential. Previous management experience with any large national company such as KOA, Encore, CalAm is a plus.
This is a year-round position with compensation of: FHU site, housing (if needed), WIFI, TV, Paid vacation after one year, salary based on experience.
Workampers Rv Parks - Wickenberg, Casa Grande, Yuma, AZ

Arizona: Seeking enthusiastic seasonal Workampers to spend the “winter” in beautiful, warm, sunny Southwest Arizona from October 1, 2020 to April 15, 2021 at one of our 55+ parks located in Wickenburg, Casa Grande and Yuma.
Duties will include cleaning the clubhouse, laundry, bathrooms/showers, outside maintenance consisting of: pool/spa maintenance, weed control, maintain landscaping, park cleanliness, (basic plumbing and electrical experience a plus). Couples will work the same days and have same days off.
Couples work 15 hours each per week for: FHU site, use of a golf cart, use of all park amenities and ample time off to site see and enjoy the local attractions.
Guest Ranch Operations Team - Tarpley, TX

Resident Housekeeping & Maintenance Operations Team: Total full time hours per week: 30-40 hours depending on bookings and seasonal needs. Total part time hours: 0-29 hours per week depending on bookings and seasonal needs. Perfect fit for couples used to country living in the Texas Hill Country, 30 minutes West of Bandera, Tx.
This is a wildlife management ranch with guest accommodations where spring-fed lakes offer canoeing, swimming, catch and release fishing to go along with exploring and seasonal hunting on 500 plus acres with abundant wildlife. The selected Team gets paid to live and work where guests pay to visit!!
If you are used to the city life this may not be the job for you. The ranch is an hour outside of San Antonio tx and only has ATT cell service (we can provide operations team with an att ranch iPhone) Team is provided a house to live on property and must be available during active bookings to assist guests needs, must give notice to employer when absense from ranch is necessary.
Housekeeping duties require guest house cleaning (could be up to 9 total houses to maintain, but right now there are only 2 houses in the rental pool) and laundry for guests who expect white glove clean upon their arrival. Houses must be Floor to Ceiling clean with attention to bed and bath linens and the fully furnished kitchens and baths.
Maintenance involves: 1. Grounds keeping to include use of zero turn radius commercial mower, weed eater and movement of water hoses as needed...time varies with season. 2. Minor repairs using power tools. 3. Observing pasture conditions including deer feeders and blinds. 4. Scheduled maintenance of water filters, A/C filters, etc. 5. Involvement with guest hunting or fishing activities depending on experience and ability.
Guest reception duties include phone contact ahead of arrival and welcome and check-in. Ability to communicate with and respond to guests with varying needs and expectations via phone and or email. Basic Computer skills required: Facebook, email, photo uploading, basic Word, Google, etc... IF guests are happy, then the boss will be happy...and vice-versa.
Compensation/Benefits: Team provided with 3 Br/2 bath double wide residence (currently fully furnished) including $100/mo. electric allowance, Wifi, computer and landline phone provided. Hourly pay: $13.00 per hour for full time person. 1 team member working full time 30-40 hours per week, the other team member working 0-29 hours per week, combined not to exceed 60 hours per week. Need for optional fringe benefits to include possibility of major medical insurance, 4% matching 401K, paid vacation/holidays, etc.. Bonuses: Team will receive a generous monthly and yearly bonus based on rentals and reviews. Rental and utilities value: $12,000 Total compensation package values at close to $20.00 per hour.

The Golf Club at Devils Tower has openings in our golf shop and restaurant! The 2020 Summer season will be our 3rd year of having workampers and we are excited!
All departments are paid hours, free FHU 30/50 campsite, free laundry, free WiFi and golfing privileges. We are looking for singles and couples! For couples joining us - if you work in different departments then your schedules might be different, although we always try to work to make schedules work out. Some flexibility is needed. The season starts mid-April (depending on weather) and ends mid-October.

*Golf Shop Attendants (we are looking for people that know the golf world, know how to play, and knowledge of golf shop merchandise)- $10 per hour 30 – 40 hours week.
*Bartender/Server (we are willing to train) - $9 per hour plus tips 30 – 40 hours
