In exchange for approx 22 hours per week (each) to cover the site value, we offer FHU site, utilities, and internet. Any hours over 22 is paid at $10 per hour each and up to 35 hours (max).
There are lots of local attractions including downtown Elkin, hiking trails, wineries, and river fun. Work Camper Couple Needed - Florence, SC

Ranch Couple Caretakers - San Diego County, CA

DUTIES:
* Landscape maintenance - mowing fields with DR Mower, weeding, using John Deere tractor to disc fields, maintain fruit orchard, trim trees, mow lawns, general clean up, prune plants, remove fallen trees.
* Housekeeping - clean and maintain two one story residences on property, as well as garages, including windows. Keep porches, walkways and driveways swept and clean.
* Address minor handyman needs on property, including light plumbing, irrigation system and painting.
* Inspect the property daily for issues that need attention.
* Provide care for two senior resident dogs, including daily feeding, administering medications, vet visits, daily grooming for foxtails, stickers, etc.
* Keep property secure by keeping gates locked and monitoring for trespassers.
* Maintain and keep in order all ranch equipment and tools, including mowers and tractor.
* Monitor well and water tanks to insure proper operation.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Handyman skills
* Landscaping skills, including experience with DR Mower and John Deere tractor as well as maintaining irrigation system.
* Enthusiasm to maintain property and keep in good repair.
* Must be self motivated and enthusiastic.

Innkeeper(s) - Cimarron, NM

Position filled - Innkeeper position available Aug 1 thru Oct 31, 2020 for individual or couple at Historic Inn six miles south of Cimarron, New Mexico - The Inn is a 1912 adobe villa on 225 acres in a stunning, remote setting at an elevation of 7,000 feet. The property is surrounded by Philmont Scout Ranch. The Casa has 6 guest rooms, as well as a two room Guest House, all with private baths. Listed on the New Mexico Registry of Cultural Properties and National Register of Historic Places as ". . . among the earliest and most accomplished examples of a residence designed in the Pueblo Revival style in New Mexico."
We are located on the edge of the Sangre de Cristo mountains of northern New Mexico. The landscape is more like Colorado than what one typically thinks of as New Mexico. To the east lie the high plains of northeastern New Mexico. Mountains a few miles to the west rise to over 11,000 feet. Deer and turkey are common. Elk, fox, and bobcat are occasionally seen. Raton, New Mexico (pop 6,000) is an hour away. Taos is an hour and 15 minutes through the mountains. Santa Fe is two and a half hours south on I-25.
We are a destination inn with a repeating clientele most appreciative of the Casa and our staff. We have excellent reviews on Tripadvisor, Travelocity, and Expedia. The Casa was included on bedandbreakfast.com's "Top 25 Inns" in 2017.
Due to the size of the inn with 6 guest rooms, this is very much a hands-on position rather than managing staff. Duties include typical tasks such as reservations, guest services, shopping, cooking, housekeeping, laundry, etc. Local housekeeper takes care of most housekeeping duties, but some housekeeping by innkeeper is necessary.
Applicants must have direct working experience with running a B&B, rather than management of similar business. Applicants must fully understand, and be comfortable working within, the highly erratic hours of operating a bed and breakfast, and working directly with guests. This is not a 9-5 Monday through Friday position. Breakfast starts early in the morning, guests sometimes arrive late at night, time off comes when the schedule permits.
Applicants must be self-motivated, organized, very detail oriented, personable and professional. On-site suite and utilities provided in addition to salary. Experience, excellent references, and background check required.
Management Team for Mobile Home Community - Lufkin, TX

We are seeking a self-motivated highly productive group to join our team as full-time mobile home management staff for a mobile home park in Lufkin. Please see job descriptions below. The office manager and maintenance manager must work together to accomplish tasks and be able to balance each other as necessary. Office management will be responsible for assisting maintenance as needed with various tasks.
1) Office Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints
• Receive payments from residents
• Become familiar with property management software
• Prepare or renew the leases for residential lots
• Prepare and deliver late notices and perform the legal filing process
• Patrol communities regularly and maintain relationships with residents
• Oversee efforts of maintenance staff and vendors
• Handle general office duties and maintain files
• Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations
Required Skills:
• Highly organized and disciplined
• Mobile home park management experience (maintenance experience is a plus!)
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to follow directions well
• Excellent communications skills
• Computer skills, including Microsoft products
• Define and solve problems
Job Requirements:
• Availability to work Monday – Friday and Saturday and Sunday as required. On call to back up maintenance as needed and must be available by cell phone 24 hours a day.

2) Maintenance Manager
The maintenance manager will be responsible for working closely with the office management. We need someone who can accomplish projects to further improve the facility while maintaining the property overall. They will be responsible for completing (and using any maintenance team members to assist) all current or projected projects and provide oversight on the whole mobile home community.
MUST be able to work outside for most of the day and juggle multiple tasks with varying levels of priority
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Painting and repairing exterior of park-owned buildings
-Mowing/trimming/edging/landscaping
-Rehabbing used homes and preparing them to be marketed
-Blocking, leveling, setting and connecting utilities (excluding any electrical live wires that are required to be completed by licensed professional) on homes entering the community (materials and training will be provided by management)
-Tearing down and disposing of homes
-Rodding sewers
-Repairing water main lines
-Replacing water heaters, furnaces, etc. in rental homes
-Minor roofing repairs
Required Skills:
• Highly organized and disciplined
• Mobile home park maintenance experience
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to follow directions well
• Computer skills, including Microsoft products in order to be able to research quotes
• Define and solve problems
