This is an immediate, permanent, direct hire position.  Please note, housing is not included. 

Where You’ll Be:
You’ll be working as a Park Operations Manager at a charming boutique property surrounded by the breathtaking Ponderosa pines of Northern Arizona. Overview:
As the Park Operations Manager, you’ll ensure the property runs like a well-oiled machine. Your key duties will include:
•    Providing concierge services, troubleshooting issues, and making guests feel special.
•    Hiring and managing the cleaning staff to ensure immaculate accommodations.
•    Conducting quality control checks to meet and exceed guest expectations.
•    Being on-call in the evenings to promptly address guest concerns.
•    Overseeing repairs and coordinating with contractors to maintain the property year-round.
•    Assisting the cleaning team and accommodating special guest requests as needed.

Qualifications:
•    Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•    Proven track record of delivering quality service.
•    Master of team building, hiring, and leadership.
•    Reliable transportation.
•    Must relocate Northern Arizona.
•    5+ years of experience in hospitality or retail, with at least 3 years in a management role.
•    Must have a heart for Hospitality.

Compensation:
●    Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
●    PTO: 10 days to recharge

We are 15 mintues away from Palm Springs, located in the Spa city of Desert Hot Springs. It is well knows for its Mineral Hot Spirings water with healing properties and award winning quality. We offer many amenities such as Pool, Jacuzzi, Breakfast, Massages, Body Treatments, Facials. Many of our guests are repeating and they come to enjoy quiet, relaxing and unique theme. 

We are looking for an experienced couple to join a great team. We are looking for someone who knows the meaning of hospitality. You will oversee a busy hotel and spa operation with a dedicated staff of experienced employees.

The ideal couple will have experience in hospitality, management, finance and human resources. You will oversee the day to day operations of the business. Responsibilities include Innkeeping (primarily day time), managing Spa appointments, scheduling, counseling, hiring and monitoring performance of employees; processing payroll; oversight of maintenance and inventory and ensuring the property is maintained,  and optimizing guest satisfaction.

Seeking a Community Management couple that will be responsible for the daily operations of the community. Optimize net operating income through following up with leads generated from company marketing as it relates to onsite visits , show and submit Tiny Home purchase inquiries to owner, ensure Airbnb managed tiny homes are being maintained/cleaned to standards and guest inquiries answered,  handle inquiries and process  lease ups of space , and show any prospective homes on property that are available.   Manage  property operations as assigned. Carry out the goals and objectives of the owner in the daily overall operations of the Tiny community. 
Provide an excellent customer service experience as well, to both new prospects and existing client base.

Recreational Farm Caretakers - Grimes County, TX

Recreational Farm caretakers couple.

Peaceful rural location but near Bryan College Station urban area.

Caretakers for recreational farm. Owners' primary residence elsewhere. Routine maintenace of grounds including mowing and minor fence repair.  Routine maintenance and cleaning of multiple residences on premises.  Routine maintintenace of vehicles. Major repairs performed by third party contractors. No animal care other than ocassional "baby sitting" owners' dog when owners are traveling.

Two bedroom house with central air and heat. Nice kitchen and fireplace. All utilities and high speed internet provided.  Competitive compensation. Work truck provided.
