FEATURED JOB OPENING: ***Self Storage Assistant Managers***- Bozeman, MT

Parttime on-site managing couple wanted for Belgrade, MT Valet & Storage facility.  Best suited for retired, or semi retired couple.  Candidates must be customer oriented, open minded, professional, clean and well organized.

Candidates will work closely with fulltime managing couple, who live onsite, in a seperate dwelling.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

** Ability to organize and manage scheduling, bookkeeping, with computer applications (Sitelink & Microsoft)

** Shuttle vehicles to & from the Bozeman Airport (3.5 miles), to include times of inclement weather.

** Rent units, collect rent and process bank transactions

** General cleaning of facility grounds, vacated units, minor building repairs, garbage runs, site maintenance

** Able to operated light equipment in winter conditions, (snow removal), able to lift 40 pounds

** Must be mechanically inclined (small repairs and maintenance. ( Equipment operation a plus ...))

** Must be able to walk, uninhibited, to review site and security

** Must be able to work indoors & outdoors in various extreme conditions.  Able to reach, sweep, shovel & bend

** MUST HAVE a valid, UNIMPAIRED drivers license, reliable, insured transportation, able to operate motor             vehicles in various weather conditions, including snow & ice

** Able to pass a background check and supply working references

Compensation is the sole use of an adjoining 1 bedroom apartment, (with small adjoining office), including basic utilities - for 3 working days a week.  Plus daily pay rate for additional days worked, plus tips
