MULTIPLE OPENINGS - Camp Host and Maintenance positions available for the 2021 summer season. Host duties include firewood sales, trash pickup, fee enforcement, and bathroom cleaning. Maintenance duties include weed eating, firepit cleanout, grass cutting, trash pickup, and light carpentry. The right candidates will be upbeat, self-motivated, and hard working. Singles earn up to $1000 per month. Couples earn up to $1800 per month. You will also receive a 30 AMP site, no water/no sewer. Candidates must be physically able to perform job duties. Will consider singles and couples. Approximately 25 hours per week per position. Season runs Mid May through Mid September.

About You Two:
Should be energetic, self-motivated two-person team, with strong customer service capabilities and attention to detail. Prior experience managing a mobile home park and coursework with the WMA are good, but not necessary. Being licensed to change-out water, gas, and electric meters is good. You should have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, eMail).
About The Property Manager Job:
Collect rents, post late notices (about 10/month), put ad on CraigsList and in newspaper when a park-owned home becomes available (about every other month), show the park-owned homes when they come available for rent, schedule outside vendors to make major repairs. Good record-keeping skills – each tenant’s lease, notices, etc. must be kept properly filed. Please have professional appearance, and be courteous to our residents. This is a part-time position, however you should be reachable most of the day and evening for emergencies.
About The Maintenance Manager Job:
Hands-on general maintenance abilities, supervisory capabilities and the ability to meet timelines and schedules. Some, but not all, tasks are mowing common areas, rule enforcement, site inspections, installation of. Water and Sewer leak repair and overall knowledge of Mobile Home Parks and Mobile Home Set up is important. We are approved for 156 sites and over time we want to add infrastructure to bring in mobile homes. The capacity and knowledge to add infracture is also important. For the most part we keep all maintenance work inhouse. Please have professional appearance and be courteous to our residents. You should be reachable most of the day and evening for emergencies.
About The Compensation:
Salary 40,000-45,000 Per year but depends on experience we will provide onsite housing in compensation package.

Seeking Couple / Single to Assist with Transition from MH Community to RV/Tiny Home Community - Rio Communities, NM

Seeking a couple to perform as a team to assist in transition of a MH park to a Tiny Home/RV park. Work closely with owner/investor towards that goal. The following is desired; experience in managerial roles, supervisory, and project management.

Basic Job Requirements:
To include all or some of the following on an ongoing /as needed basis, monthly rent collections, and deposits and recording of such, ground maintenence, show and lease MHs/space properties, strive for 100% occupancy rates, update advertising on internet for any vacancies, enforcing park rules, serving tenants with notices, responsible for representing landlord in court proceedings if required, other duties that are usual and customary in operating a community may involve interfacing with vendors providing services to the park
Compensation:
1099 Contract position.
Free Housing and Utilities, monthly stipend for duties related to daily operation of community and required on ongoing basis (see above) Monthly stipend increases with set occupancy goals met.
Commissions for Park Model Sales.
Commissions for Airbnb/VRBO Investor contracts
Background checks required upon contract offer.

We are seeking a reliable, personable, and trustworthy couple or individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. All living expenses are included along with a salary for the role which will be commensurate with experience. This is a great opportunity to work with a small, but growing hotel group, gain management and hospitality experience, and oversee the end-to-end operations of a hotel. The Role:
- This is a full time, year-round, live-in position(s). It requires a person or persons that is motivated, can multi-task, communicate with guests, and handle the daily functions of a small boutique property.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred with specific previous roles in front desk, back office, maintenance, and/or housekeeping.
Duties:
- Manage all elements of the front desk – answering phones, taking reservations, checking guests in and out, and assisting guests
- Oversee the property including maintenance and general upkeep and coordinate with local trades and contractors. Manage hiring professionals when needed (pool maintenance, plumbers, electricians, etc.).
- Coordinate the maintenance of the grounds maintained, plants and grass watered and mowed, bushes trimmed.
- Manage OTA (Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia.com) reservations.
- Hiring, managing and training staff including housekeeping, front desk staff, and other roles as required.
- Oversee on-site laundry and coordination with the housekeeping team.
- Manage housekeeping and quality and maintenance of the rooms.
- Manage staffing schedule.
- Assist with online review sites and review maintenance (i.e. Facebook, Yelp, Booking, Expedia, Google reviews, etc.).
- Manage monthly OTA reconciliations (Booking.com & Expedia.com and Motel website).
- Maintain daily deposits and reporting.
- Provide reporting and communication with the central head office.
Hours:
- At least one member of the team must be onsite at all times.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
- The hotel lobby is not open at night so coordination with guest communication and afterhours access/service is in place. *The property is also moving to a more automated check-in process with less time needed to be at the front desk each day.
