Seeking a couple to perform as a team to assist in transition of a MH park to a Tiny Home/RV park. Work closely with owner/investor towards that goal. The following is desired; experience in managerial roles, supervisory, and project management.
Ability to make decisions based on analysis of facts and constraints wether it be monetary or code, plan and execute , keep all parties informed and working in same direction to meet end goal and maintain daily ops of existing community. Must be able to take direction as well as provide direction where and as needed. Long Term goal is to turn an underperforming asset into a performing asset. Desirable Candidates will have some demonstrable business acumen as well as marketing skill sets.
Be able to manage, provide adequate scheduling for park needs and direct daily/weekly direction and guidence to workampers.
Start Date:
Position Open Now. Will require living onsite in the community. Housing or full hook ups provided.
Required Characteristics:
Honest, possess good work ethic, ability to adapt, goal oriented.
Collective Desired Experience and Skillsets:
Previous community or business management
Sales and marketing experience desired.
Grounds and Maintainence experience
Customer Relations
Spreadsheet and Word capability
Tenant Acquisition, Retention, and Termination experience
Basic Job Requirements:
To include all or some of the following on an ongoing /as needed basis, monthly rent collections, and deposits and recording of such, ground maintenence, show and lease MHs/space properties, strive for 100% occupancy rates, update advertising on internet for any vacancies, enforcing park rules, serving tenants with notices, responsible for representing landlord in court proceedings if required, other duties that are usual and customary in operating a community may involve interfacing with vendors providing services to the park
Compensation:
1099 Contract position.
Free Housing and Utilities, monthly stipend for duties related to daily operation of community and required on ongoing basis (see above) Monthly stipend increases with set occupancy goals met.
Commissions for Park Model Sales.
Commissions for Airbnb/VRBO Investor contracts
Background checks required upon contract offer.
