I need a man who is handy with general maintenance and comfortable around animals.  A woman who can  run errands and drive me to appointments and enjoys gardening I have two other caregivers who stay with me a few days each, but would need another gal to fill in for two nights.  We have the most beautiful view of the mountains and surrounding desert.  

Assistant Managers - Quartzsite, AZ

We are looking for a couple to work one day a week in exchange for full hook-up camping.  Job duties will be checking in guest & retail sells. The position start ASAP until Mid March.

Immediate Caretakers needed - Northern New Mexico, NM

Last minute - Our caretakers bailed on their way across the country.  Road trips are like that, sometimes.  We are seeking reliable, detail oriented helpers ASAP.  We have a lot to offer in return.

Here's what we are needing:  Now (October through March) - folks who can be here to provide security and maintenance as needed and manage short term rentals on-site. Caretakers will be responsible for short-term rental house cleaning, limited guest contact, problem resolution, and staying in contact with us. Daily/weekly monitoring of hot tub keeping chemicals balanced and tub clean for rental guests. An ability to respect state and local COVID regulations to keep guests safe.

Property maintenance/care-taking consists of securing of property owners personal property and structures, fall cleanup (raking leaves/apples, winterizing tools/equipment), monitoring building systems (solar, propane, heating, hot water), cleaning of buildings/walkways, rodent control, snow removal (if and as needed) etc. 

Living accommodations - A beautiufl and cozy casita - with a very comfy king size bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room, full size kitchen with all appliances, washer/dryer, completely furnished. Includes utilities, heat and electric, shared WiFI, water, garbage removal.  The casita is private and separated from the rental house.  You will have access to the river and private outdoor areas; and to the hot tub when there are no guests on-site.  

Please note this is not a "paid" position. We are offering living accommodations and utililties in exchange for the work needed. 

Resident Manager (Two Person Team) - Brantford, ON

Duties include:

• Apartment building management through rent collection.
• Expense management.
• Strong office administration and customer service.
• Maintenance & cleaning.
• Conduct and/or supervise all on-site activity in accordance with the specifications of Skyline and in line with all applicable legislation including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Residential Tenancies Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants required.
• Experienced in sales or related field.
• Knowledge of applicable legislation respecting residential tenancies in Ontario and the rights and obligations of Landlords and Tenants an asset.

Ranch Caretakers needed - Big Timber Montana, MT

Need flexible couple to work on ranch as "jack of all trades".  Primarily takeing care of horses and dogs in owners absence.

Light ranch maintenance ie. clearing trails, landscaping, fence repair, chain saw work to remove trees from fences, general clean up around barn etc. Run errands,

Motel Managers - Hood River, OR

Live and work in a 22-unit motel in the beautiful Northwest tourist town of Hood River, Oregon.

Looking for a mature, reliable, personable and trustworthy couple to be a housekeeping/maintenance team. This is a great opportunity with very few out-of-pocket expenses. We are looking for TWO persons to work TOGETHER as a TEAM. This is NOT a one-person job. Please do not inquire unless you have a partner to help in all aspects of the job. Requirements:

• Full-time, year-round, live-in position(s).  This job requires a self-motivated couple with energy, ability to multi-task and willingness/personality to interact with guests and staff.  Ideally, one person should have good maintenance skills while the other should have housekeeping and/or front desk experience.
• Non-smokers and no pets.
• A valid driver’s license is required for at least one person of the couple.
• Experience in the Lodging Industry, including, but not limited to, front desk operations, office work and housekeeping.
• Both parties must pass background check and urinalysis test.
• Please note: We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and will be performing a urinalysis prior to hire, including possible random drug screens during employment.

          Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain interior and exterior of property. 
• Clean and shampoo stairs, hallways, common areas, etc. as required.
• Manage hiring appropriate professionals when needed (plumbers, electricians, etc.).
• Keep grounds maintained, grass watered and mowed, bushes trimmed.
• Clean gutters, including some snow removal in winter if needed.
• Perform repairs, paint and help with upgrades to the property.
• Regular room and property maintenance.

Front office duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all elements of the front desk – answering phones, taking reservations, checking guests in and out and assisting guests.
• Manage OTA (Booking.com and Expedia.com) reservations.
• Hiring, managing and possibly training staff.
• Follow all state and federal employment laws.
• Inspecting and maintaining rooms and ensuring that quality standards remain intact.
• Manage staffing schedule
• Manage Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Booking, Expedia, Google reviews on a daily basis.
• Manage all direct billing invoicing and receivables.
• Manage monthly OTA reconciliations (Booking.com & Expedia.com and Motel website).
• Maintain daily deposits.
• Manage motel on budget.
• Provide daily reporting to owners.

Hours:

• At least one member of the team MUST be onsite 24 hours per day, 6 days a week.
• Must be willing to work weekends.

              Note: The motel lobby is open from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. There is a night bell and window available for after-hour guests.
