FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobilehome Park Managers Needed - San Marcos, CA

Management company seeking experienced office manager and maintenance manager for onelarge, high quality manufactured housing community located in north county San Diego. We are looking for skills and experience to include:

Understanding/maintaining park infrastructure including water systems and basic building systems. Managing and working with a small crew. Good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of federal, state, local laws pertaining to fair housing and the mobilehome residency law. Ability to work in a challenging environment. Excellent customer service skills are a key requirement.

We provide a strong compensation package including group health and dental and a competitive salary. On-site housing is also provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
