We are looking for managers and host campers to run our RV Parks in Archie and Carthage MO. Our work camping and manager positions are both YEAR ROUND positions. If that is what you’re looking for, then this is for you! If you have experience in management(we are open to all candidates), great customer service resulting in positive reviews from our campers, is reliable, has excellent work ethic, is owner minded, and can make friends easily then you’re our ideal employee. We would love for our RV Park managers and host campers to be able to connect with our campers and provide them excellent hospitality to ensure positive feedback!

Duties included but are NOT limited to: 

- Check in and check out our campers - Input bookings into our systems - Collecting payments 

- Answering phone calls 

- Refill propane for our customers (depending which park you will work at)

- Clean bathrooms/showers

- Send weekly/monthly reports to upper management 

- Provide excellent customer service to our campers/ answer any questions they have 

- You will make sure the park is well maintained, please treat it as your own as you will be the one in charge of the park

- We have camp stores currently being build so you will need to be present at our park office to ensure tenants are being helped.

- Landscaping  

- Weekly filed call meetings

-Handle social media accounts and responding to all customers 

Our RV Park managers will work 5 days out of the seven while our Host Campers will work the remaining two days. You WILL need to have your own RV to work for either one of these positions, please keep in mind that we do also provide FREE on-site living including utilities. Pay is based on experience.

Mobile Home Park Manager Team - Princeton, WV

We are searching for a professional, motivated management team at our mobile home park in Princeton, West Virginia.  The team should be experienced in office management and facilities maintenance.

The office manager must have experience in all aspects of office management.  Highly organized and computer proficiancy is a must.  Duties include but are not limited to processing resident applications and screening, tenant notices, collecting rents and deposits.

The facilities manager must be skilled in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping and experience with home renovations.  Duties will include maintaining physical grounds, home repairs and renovations.

The ideal team will have excellent verbal and communication skills; knowledge of mobile home park management; ability to work with all types of people and enforce park rules.

Competitive salary (based on experience and qualifications) and housing.  A maximum of two pets under 30 lbs each.

Ranch Manager Couple Team - Calaveras County, CA

Looking for hands on ranch management couple team, full time, at 1,200 acre foothill ranch in Calaveras County, California. Cattle / agricultural background, hospitality skills, housekeeping skills, and good mechanical knowledge required.

Work includes:

• Care exercise and training for 3 horses, small herd of cattle, small livestock
• General up-keep and cleaning of several homes, grounds, pool, ponds, shops, barns, roads, fences, firewood, stock water systems, flood irrigation
• Management of timber stand improvement and harvest, machinery maintenance and repair, caretaking and purchasing of all ranch supplies.
• Ability to perform light electrical, plumbing and carpentry and operate ranch equipment required.
• Superb management and communication skills
• Ability to assist in welcoming and hosting guests of diverse backgrounds is a must.
• Must be willing to support owner’s use of property when owner and guests are in residence.
• Assist with guests and groceries when owner and guests are in residence.
• Housekeeping and maintenance of owner’s house, guest houses and cottages.
• Assist owner and guests with horse riding and instruction as needed.
• Ability to take on special projects assigned by owners on an as need basis
• Previous ranch management experience required.
• Must have valid driver’s licenses, clean driving record, no criminal record or outstanding warrants, be non smokers and drug free.

Work Campers - Lake Ozark, MO

Campground in beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, has positions available for 2021 Season. Couples work two, 6-hour days per week in exchange for FHU, WiFi, CableTV, Laundry, ½ price propane, and 20% store discount.

Duties include grounds maintenance, housekeeping, office work, and customer service. Our rotating schedule allows for most weekends off! Lots to do in the lake area.
