Experienced professional Couple to live on-site and manage busy Self Storage Property with Truck Rentals. Must be a couple.
Excellent leasing abilities, collections, computer, banking, marketing experience.
Proficient in technology applications such as Yardi, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
Must be energetic, self-motivated, able to multi-task, flexible to changes and updates.
Need to be friendly, helpful, professional on the phone ensuring all property amenities are provided to callers.
Also need to present a friendly, helpful, professional image to tenants and customers who come to the office.
Truck rental experience preferred but not required.
Will clean vacated storage units, keep property free of trash/litter and other light maintenance as needed.

This is a 40Hr/40Hr position.

Prefer proven experience in Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Apartment Management, Mobile Home Community Management or Self Storage Management and truck rentals.

Work Camper Position - Klamath, CA

Hello .

I have an open CLEANING position available . Must have great cleaning skills and be a positive drama free person.

Volunteer 18hrs per week in exchange for a full hook up rv site. Site includes 30 amp electric, water, sewer, cable tv and amenities like free laundry, basic internet, free coffee in the morning.  My park is a hidden paradise located right on the Klamath river. We have quite, and relaxing family like atmosphere.   RV site is long back in grass site . My team is a bunch of nice down to earth people. Job duties are simple 5 days per week from 10:00am to 1:15pm cleaning our buildings and grounds keeping.  Position starts in April thru end of October.

We have amazing views of nature cooler summer climate , fishing, hiking, bird watching  & giant redwoods .

Seeking an outgoing, fun loving couple for the 2021 wedding season.

Enjoy the country’s BEST summer weather in the gorgeous Pacific NW foothills near Seattle, for 6 months, April through October.

Join us at our greenhouse wedding venue on acres of stunning forest and display gardens.

We need a two-person team to clean the venue and set-up for the following day’s event. The team will work 20 hours each week over a 3 day period.

Required days: Fri, Sat & Sun starting at 11pm for 3 or 4 hours.  Remaining 10 or so hours are daytime during the events, mostly supervisory.

Accomodations: Private, on-site RV parking with full hookups, laundry, WiFi & $800 stipend per couple. Additional hours at $17/ hr are available.

RV Park Camp Workers Needed for 2021 - Pagosa Springs, CO

Looking for multiple couples to fill work camping positions in Pagosa Springs, Colorado for summer 2021.

We have a pretty active RV park for our size and need grounds maint. workers, cabin cleaners, Gift shop help, reservation check-in and check-out help and help escorting our RV guests to there RV site and help with parking if needed. Shower/bath house and laundry facility cleaning. Lots of plants and flowers to water as well as lots of grass to mow and water. Beautiful RV park just 10 minutes from Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

FHU available in exchange for work for the right people with the experience we are looking for. Must be good with customer relations and willing to be a team player with everyone working together to ensure that our guests have a positive camping experience. Workers are expected to put in 25 hours a week in exchange for FHU's. We do have a couple positions available that pays 500.00 per month - longer hours in addition to the FHU's.

We have a brand new food truck on the property. We will open it up if we can find the right cooks looking to run our food truck.

Work campers needed May 15th to October 1st  2021.
