Our ski lodge is looking for a caretaker to keep an eye on the property, hand out and receive keys from guests checking in / out and do some light cleaning. The business is usually seasonal from May to October. However, the owners believe that there is opportunity for additional growth in conferences during the fall and winter months. The ideal couple would make our town their base of operations with time off for travel during the fall and winter months.
Compensation would be a base daily rate plus housing in an onsite apartment, including all utilities. For every room rented there is additional compensation as well as additional compensation for conferences booked in the fall and winter months.
Couples Cooking Job on Beautiful Historic Wyoming Ranch (June 30- Sept 24) - Pinedale, WY

Beautiful historic ranch in the Wind River Mountains of Wyoming is seeking a team of ranch cooks/helpers to join us for the 2021 season (June 30 - Sept 24). We are a private guest ranch that that caters to four owners and their friends and family, as well as being a working cattle ranch.
Ideal candidates for this position will come as a team ( husband/wife, mother/daughter, sisters, best/friends) and have some cooking experience. The team will live in a small cabin together at the ranch (cabin has shower, heat and sink, but bathroom is an outhouse). Generally one candidate is the head cook while the other is the cooks helper that is also responsible for some cleaning and other ranch chores (cooks may opt to work all parts of both jobs together as equals). This position is not suitable for children.
Salary is $775 per week per person depending on experience. Also, room and board plus amazing tips for running a great kitchen. Cooks are required to use their own vehicle for grocery runs with compensation of .67 per mile. The ranch is very rural and is about an hour from town on a long gravel road. It is best if the cook has a vehicle that can handle a gravel road. Salary is based on a six day work week with three meals a day. Generally Sunday is your day off.

Job Title: Facilities Manager (FM)
Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of the buildings and grounds
- Upgrades to buildings and grounds
- Project management
- Seasonal opening and closing of a children's summer camp (including water and septic)
- Security and protection of all assets ( buildings, vehicles, equipment, property, etc.)
- Management of the seasonal maintenance staff (2-5 depending on the season)
- Off-season snow plowing and snow removal
- Development of an annual facility maintenance and capital improvement plan
- The FM is on call at all times.
Work Periods:
Camp Season Work Period: April 1 – October 31. Seasonal Work Week (June 1 – August 31): 6 days, 9 daylight hours with 1 hour for lunch. During the seasonal Work Period, the FM is dedicated to Camp Operations.
Off-Season Work Period: November 1 – March 31. In the Off-Season, the FM is required to maintain and upgrade Camp property (where possible) and provide security, snow removal and snow plowing as needed.
Job Package:
- Salary w/bonus potential: Range 40K - 60K (based on experience)
- Housing -3BR, includes all services
- All meals during camp season (approx. 6/15-8/22)
- Camp tuition for all camp age children (6-16)
- 2 weeks paid vacation + 2 weeks accrued vacation (used in the off-season)
- Medical Stipend of $300 per month
