Resident Store Manager & Property Help - Jenner, CA

Our bustling community coastal store is seeking a new manager and additional help for the properties! 

About Us:

We are located on the iconic Highway 1 on the Sonoma Coast of California nestled between two state parks soaked with history and filled with redwoods. One side of the property is forest and the other is ocean. 
Our Store is the hub of the community and considered the 'community market'. We offer specialty & local items and pride ourselves on serving the community in ways such as special requests. We have a weekly farm market, with music night returning soon. Our Deli which is located within The Store is currently undergoing renovations and will soon have beer on draft, wine service and a lounge with some scrumptious eats.
The Lodge has 16 rooms with private patios, charcoal grills and dreamy views. Our guests return year after year - sometimes month after month and it's not just for the location, its for the awesome staff we have.
The crew is more than a staff, we are a family who has game nights, fire circles, meals and lots of good times!

The Position(s):

1) Within this couple we are looking first and foremost to fill the role of The Store Manager. This position is for 1 individual. 

It is ideal for this candidate to have experience in inventory and product management with the ability to lead a small team. Previous work with Yellow Dog or other POS systems is a plus - though we are happy to train the right candidates! This is a unique management position as you will be joining a team of "Proerty Leads". You will work individually yet collectively with The Deli, Maintenance, and Lodge managers as well as the owners. 
The main responsibilities of the Store Lead/Manager are as follows but are not limited to:

• Maintaining product inventory, product rotation, order placements & acceptance
• Establishing relationships with vendors and members of the community - you are the face of The Store! 
• Oversee a team of no more than 3 employees per day. This includes the initial training and continued training of staff as it directly relates to The Store
• Additional duties may be: operate the register, stock shelves, assistance with cleaning and project planning when needed

2) The second position we are looking to fill is flexible! Our open roles are:

• Part time Accountant for both properties
• Front Desk Agent
• Store Clerk
• Maintenance

*If interested in the part time accountant position please expect to assist with one of the other listed roles.

Compensation:

• Store Manager starting salary $30k
• Second Role $13 per hour plus tips based on position
• Housing is by way of FHU RV Site or single bedroom apartment, unfurnished.
• All utilities included 
• Free onsite laundry w/detergent
• Free high speed wifi

Small children are not suited to the properties, however pets are welcomed! This couple must have reliable transportation due to our remote area.

We are in need of a daytime maintenance person and housekeeping/laundry.  Same days off.  We offer competitive pay and have employee apartments suited for couples.  These are full time, seasonal or year-round positions.  We also have restaurant positions open and a mechanic position.  The restaurant positions require more flexibility and we can not guarantee same days off, but will do our best!

Must have the ability to work 8 hours while standing and able to lift up to 30 lbs for housekeeping/laundry and 75 lbs for maintenance.  Abitlity to climb stairs, ladders and willingness to help in all facets of motel work as needed.

Work Camping Couple for Smoky Bear Campground in Gatlinburg TN

We are a family owned and operated campground right outside of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We are looking for a couple to do light maintenance, cleaning and office work in exchange for a full hookup site. We are currently open and our season ends after Thanksgiving.

House Parents - Davie, FL

Sheridan House Family Ministries is looking for an "empty nest" couple to serve as house parents for the boys in our care. Our house parents live in the home, creating a family environment for at-risk boys (6th thru 8th grade). The children return to their parent’s home on weekends and holidays. Each home includes a full time Behavioral Specialist.
