Hotel Managers - Alamosa, CO

We are seeking a hardworking, knowledgeable Hotel Managers to manage a hotel in Alamosa, Colorado.   We would like a couple who have some management experience, hotel experience or innkeeping experience.  We are willing to train on management / hotel duties if one of the couple has customer service experience or maintenance experience.  

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage daily operations including front desk, housekeeping & maintenance.

Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and brand standards compliance.

Ensure proper payment from all guests, respond to charge backs & oversee cash handling procedures.

Hire, train and monitor team member performance, providing supervision, professional development, scheduling and evaluations.

Prospect for new business and maximize revenue opportunities.

We would provide a salary for both members of the couple and an one bedroom suite on site.  Salary would depend on experience.
