Duties include;
Office duties, computer and bookkeeping
Reception and care of guests
Cleaning
Light gardening

Assets are; experience in the hopitality/ guesthouse industry and is able to work in Canada.

This position will begin February or March 2012 for an 8 month trial period with the option to extent on a yearly contract. Housing, utilities and salary is provided.

I am looking for an On Site Resident GM for a 56 unit flagged property in Mesa, AZ.

The motel office and residence is connected.

I will provide you with a one 40 Hour desk clerk who is also a resident of the property.

Housekeeper is also provided but is not a resident.

You will be responsible for financial management, planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception and reservations), and housekeeping. Guest services, accounting, and marketing.

While taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximise profits, the manager must also pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests' needs and expectations.

RESIDENT MANAGERS - Surrey, BC, Canada

A residential complex of 236 units in a 4 storey, 4 building Strata complex in Surrey, BC requires a full time, live-in mature couple as Resident Managers commencing immediately.

This is a two person position looking after the office, administrative work and general maintenance of the four buildings.  The applicants should be experienced in building maintenance, carpentry, painting, hot water heating, boilers, WHMIS, Fire and Safety Code, electrical and mechanical systems, have pool certification and be computer literate.  The applicant must possess good communication skills, diplomacy, self motivation and be able to maintain good working relationships.
