Guesthouse Manager/Caretaker(s) - Tofino, BC Canada

We are looking to hire a mature non smoking, clean living, organized, personable, energetic couple to manage and caretake our beautiful guesthouses in Tofino, Canada. There are a total of 5 or 6 self-contained units.
Duties include;
Office duties, computer and bookkeeping
Reception and care of guests

Light gardening
Assets are; experience in the hopitality/ guesthouse industry and is able to work in Canada.
This position will begin February or March 2012 for an 8 month trial period with the option to extent on a yearly contract. Housing, utilities and salary is provided.

Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required.
We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.

Resident General Manager - Mesa, AZ

The motel office and residence is connected.
I will provide you with a one 40 Hour desk clerk who is also a resident of the property.
Housekeeper is also provided but is not a resident.
You will be responsible for financial management, planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception and reservations), and housekeeping. Guest services, accounting, and marketing.

RESIDENT MANAGERS - Surrey, BC, Canada

A residential complex of 236 units in a 4 storey, 4 building Strata complex in Surrey, BC requires a full time, live-in mature couple as Resident Managers commencing immediately.
This is a two person position looking after the office, administrative work and general maintenance of the four buildings.
