Storage West self storage (storagewest.com) has an immediate opening for a resident manager TEAM for one of our Spring Valley (San Diego) facility.

Reliable transportation and a good driving record is required. Prior customer service and management experience is required. Must be friendly and outgoing, honest, organized, able to accept constructive criticism, able to learn and accept training, able to work in an office and on the grounds standing, stooping, lifting, pushing a broom, etc, and be a problem solver. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. Housesitter/Handyman Couple (Rent Exchange) - Maine Coast

We have a seasonal postion available from Oct 31, 2011 to May 31, 2012.

We offer only a 3 bedroom house rent  free (utilities not included) in exchange for security when we travel, snow removal (plow truck and snowblower furnished) and perhaps some small handyman help.
