We're a French family just landed in Miami. We live in a quiet and nice family home located South Miami Beach, close to a golf course.

As we have pets, we propose to retired couples to spend some time in our house from time to time, during our vacation periods. We used to do so in France at everyone satisfaction.

RV Park On-site Manager Couple - Austin, TX

We are a small (32 spaces) family owned RV park in the Austin, TX area looking for a couple for on-site management.

Responsibilities largely include at least one person being on the property during posted hours, greeting new tenants, assigning spaces, completing paperwork, calculating and collecting monies due, enforcing rules and regulations, passing out electric bills monthly and collecting rents on the first of each month. We are generally a long-term (monthly) park so there are rarely short term (daily or weekly) tenants in and out. The landscaping is contracted out and the bookkeeping and phone calls are handled at corporate office. In exchange we offer the monthly space rent and a $100/month utility allowance as compensation. We would like to find someone long term but seasonal is acceptable. Position is available immediately.

We are Spring Creek Resort  with 10 cabins, pool, gameroom, playground and dock and need help with cleaning, general maintenance and grounds upkeep. 

The work is not hard just steady, the two of us have done in on our own for the past 7 years and we would like to have a couple that works well without constant direction.  Prefer non-drinkers. In return for 30 hours {per couple} we will provide electric, water, sewer, satelite tv, wifi and laundry.

Boat and two jet skis maintenance. Automobiles maintained. Home maintenace.

House keeping, laundry, errands, silver polishing, window cleaning, etc. 

We need a highly motivated very energetic couple. No children or pets, willing to relocate.

We travel a lot and need a committed couple to take care of our homes and property and dogs.
