FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live-In Manager Couple - North Florida's Coolest Hotel

We are seeking a couple to manage a unique, 10-room hotel in Atlantic Beach, FL.   Located two blocks from the beach, the newly renovated property is a component of Beaches Town Center (beachestowncenter.com), a highly desirable area to live.

The ideal applicants will be self starters, well groomed, personable, and proficient in Excel, Word and social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Four Square, etc.).  Outstanding computer skills are a must.  Duties include front desk, laundry, maintenance (rooms and grounds), sales/marketing and some housekeeping.  A dependable automobile is necessary.

This is not a job, it is a lifestyle.  If you view it purely as a job, you will be disappointed.  Though you will have one day off per week, you will have responsibilites 24/7.  In essence, you "live" the hotel.

A spacious one bedroom apartment with all utilities is provided.  In addition, we offer base compensation of $20,000 with incentives if certain revenue levels are met.  Numerous restaurants, entertainment venues and retail centers are within easy walking distance of the hotel.
