Sedona Arizona Live-in Manager Couple

A small independent motel property is seeking a mature professional couple with no children to manage and reside on site in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. Ideal couple needs to have complementary skills which include 2+ years of hospitality and supervisory experience with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and a steadfast sense of humor. 

Responsibilities include 5 front desk shifts per week, hands-on management of 7 staff members, basic maintenance of property grounds, pool and rooms. Customer service, computer and light accounting skills and general maintenance abilities are a must. Bilingual and marketing expertise a plus but not necessary.

Compensation includes 2 bedroom on-premise apartment, with incredible red rock views, all utilities including cable and Wi-Fi, salary, nice owners, 2 weeks paid vacation and bonuses for revenue and occupancy impact. We are seeking a motivated and energetic couple to manage and maintain a small, established motel and cabin rental business in beautiful Chimney Rock, NC.  (We are located 30 minutes from Asheville, 30 minutes from Hendersonville and 2 hours from Charlotte, NC)

Position Requires:

Excellent people skills and telephone etiquette

Oversight and management of all aspects of the motel and rental business

Ability to sell rooms and process guest reservations (training provided)

Hiring and supervising housekeepers

Creativity and ability to market the business

Ability to use a computer

Recordkeeping skills
