Owner/buyer of independent 8 acre self storage facility in Aiken, South Carolina wants to hire full time manager(s) for facility who aspires to earn equity position.  Salary plus bonus to start. Facility has 28,000 square feet of building, and 280 current customers. Facility has positive cash flow. Current operators will assist in training. Another 36,000 square feet of slab exists, and all other facility needs exist like lighting, asphalt, landscaping. Owner has cash and no need for debt. Manager must be able to run facility completely, plus be able to arrange and supervise building 36,000 square feet more rentable building. Permits and plans for new construction exist.  Owner wants to be passive owner/investor with either equity minority partner managing facility, or profit sharing employee managing facility. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED ONLY management team with a proven track record of superior customer service and sales skills for a 1200+ storage facility in the Riverside County area.

Repeat. . .EXPERIENCED ONLY! (this facility is too large to train someone that has no self storage experience, sorry!) The job is a typical self storage position, where one person manages the day to day office duties and one person performs and supervises all outside work. Must be well organized, have excellent customer service and sales skills, be friendly, have a positive attitude and enjoy being a self storage manager!

This is an ON-SITE position with a 2 bedrm, 2 bath apt included. We will consider smaller pets and possibly an older child. Wages are DOE; we do offer medical coverage and possible bonuses. You must have verifiable current references and be able to pass a background and or drug test if required.

Seeking two person team with SELF STORAGE  EXPERIENCE A MUST!!  This is a very large facility in Riverside County, CA and we are seeking EXPERIENCED MANAGERS ONLY who have managed 1,000+ units!  The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of sales, marketing, customer service, maintenance and supervisory skills.  Must have positive attitude, be friendly, have high standards of orderliness, pay attention to detail, be well organized, and enjoy dealing with the public and love the job they do!  This is an ON-SITE position with a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment with wages depending upon experience but averaging 40K-50K annual wage, plus medical coverage and possible bonuses.  We will consider smaller pets.  EXPERIENCED Managers ONLY will be considered for this position!
