Clear Lake Muskoka Canada Property/Resort Manager (Couple)

Clear Lake Village Resort in beautiful Muskoka, Canada is seeking an on site property and resort manager to oversee the day to day operations of the resort.

The successful candidate or couple will be provided a year round home at the resort from which to work. 

Basic responsibilities include:

• Being present at the resort to greet guests when they arrive and to be available to them throughout their stay to ensure their experience is a good one
• Maintain the property and the facilities, doing minor repairs, maintenance items and improvements
• Enforcing resort rules as necessary to ensure a positive experience

Additional responsibilities could include:

• Cleaning of units between rentals
• Taking bookings over the phone and by email when inquiries are received
• Participating in marketing activities online and locally to expand the business
• Exploring new potential revenue sources such as weddings, group events, special events, local marketing campaigns and year round residential rentals at the resort
• Preparing food and activity programming and planning for further expansion opportunities at the resort
