Position requires good customer, marketing and computer skills. One will be full time/one will be part time.  Team must be dependable. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leasing, collections, daily reports, daily deposits, marketing, cleaning the office, public restroom and vacant units, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, light maintenance, including sheetrock repair. Bi-Lingual would be helpful. Storage experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Applicants must pass all background checks, credit checks, drug test and physical. Couples are encouraged to apply. A unique 55 Plus Manufactured Home Community in Placer County is looking for a mature couple. We are looking for an honest, hard-working individual or couple who can work independently while at the same time possessing the ability to use common sense to accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively. Prefer self-motivated persons willing to step in and help out wherever necessary. Maintenance person having skills and water licenses would be preferred and one office person both with management skills.

Water Treatment/Maintenance person ffull-time position performs a variety of duties; assist with water treatment plant, in addition to testing water samples in accordance with local, state and federal requirements, maintenance of plant equipment and facilities, daily maintenance of mobile home Park which include but not limited to landscaping, meter reading, cleaning, and daily handyman work.
Requirements
• Must possess or be willing to achieve Water Distribution Grade 1 (T1) certificate issued by the State of California, Department of Health Services (DHS)

Campground Manager and Groundsperson Couple Wanted (Wolcottville, IN)

Gordon’s Campground in Wolcottville, IN (45 Minutes North of Fort Wayne, Indiana) is seeking to fill a Manager and Groundsman position to facilitate the daily operations of a 400+ campsite seasonal campground. The position would begin in April 2013 for an on-site, experienced, self-motivated couple. As you will work with the public, a friendly approachable demeanor is essential.  Our campground is busy with both seasonal campers and weekend campers.

Office duties require an individual that possess a friendly demeanor with excellent communication and organizational skills that can problem solve and follow guidelines. Duties include but are not limited to: proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Campground Master, some bookkeeping, taking reservations, greeting guests, taking payments on accounts, electric meter reading, and daily communication with management. Outdoor duties requires an individual who will be capable of handling daily property upkeep/maintenance, lawn care (mowing and trimming), pool care, as well as the general upkeep of the park. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pools and carpentry is a plus. Other duties include enforcing rules and regulations; some cleaning is required for the rental cabins and campers as well as the camp store that includes a snack shack.  Some errands running is required.  Couple needs to be able to supervise and schedule work duties for employees. Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.  This is a full-time position for both people.

Couple should have prior RV/campground management experience.

Compensation: Depends on experience $1750-$2500/month plus site included.  Wi-fi, trash, electric, water included.
