Resident RV Park Manager (Couple) - Central TX

We are a small (32 spaces) rv park in central Texas specializing in long-term rv living. We are currently seeking a resident manager. Duties include meeting and greeting new and prospecive tenants, enforcing rules and regulations, passing out monthly electric bills and collecting rents. In exchange the compensation is your monthly space rent and a $100 monthly utility allowance. THERE IS NO FINANCIAL COMPENSATION AT THIS TIME. Lake Osprey RV Country Club is a Luxury RV Resort located in Elberta Alabama, just 20 minutes north of the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast Beaches.  We are looking for a work camping couple for fall 2012.  Starting October 1, 2012 to January 1, 2013.  Free rent and utilities, no monetary compensation.  15 hours +/- per week per person. A beautiful resort with a very relaxed and flexible schedule.  Two couples are kept on staff at all times.   Restricted to Class A 15 years or newer and Class C and Fifth Wheels 10 years or newer.
