The Management team will be energetic, outgoing self-starters who have excellent sales, marketing and customer service skills. They should be willing to go the extra mile to achieve revenue goals and complete tasks assigned by senior management.   Pay close attention to detail and seeks advice and training opportunities. Identifies plans and completes cost effective light maintenance tasks. Is committed to customer service and learns how to please customers while following the company policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Sales, marketing, occupancy, and delinquency management of the facility

General management of the office including but not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day, keeping and balancing petty cash, making daily bank deposits and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management

Becoming proficient with SiteLink, PPI, PC Charge and Falcon Gate software

 Renting and cleaning self-storage units as well as actively selling moving and packing supplies.

Providing outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries

Maximizing rental income through learned revenue optimization techniques

Performing ongoing local area marketing to increase traffic. Tracking marketing leads to optimize future marketing efforts. Organizing marketing events to promote your property

 Preparing units for auction as prescribed by law, and approved by management

 Effectively communicating with management and fellow team members

Maintaining property appearance and cleanliness including minor maintenance, removing trash, debris, cigarette butts, nails, broken glass, screws etc.

Performing daily lock checks as well as visual inspection

Ideal candidates will have:

Prior self-storage experience, preferred but not required

Customer service, retail sales, marketing, general office and telephone skills a plus

Good organizational skills

Ability to pay close attention to detail

Microsoft Office applications required

Experience doing minor repairs, painting etc.

Willing to relocate to Dallas/Ft Worth area to live on property

Reliable transportation

Physically able to lift 50 pounds and spend extended periods of time outdoors

Motel Mgmt Couple Live on-site - Missouri

Motel management team to live on-site in one bedroom apartment (non-smoking and pet free environment), and manage 65 room motel/hotel.  Responsible for property inside and out, from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry to maintenance of property, grounds and pool.  Experience is preferred.  This is a live on-site position year round with salary.  Please send resumes.

Internet savvy, exceptional proven success growing occupancy and ADR through effective advertising & marketing plans, strong leadership and management history with an ability to staff and train employees, computer knowledge,  management, property maintenance knowledge, a keen eye for details and supreme troubleshooting and problem solving.  Must have previous experience running an Inn. Weekly meetings with owner, 90 day goal setting. Ability to live in the country with small town close by.  Cooking school experience a plus. Onsite quality apartment. Self storage facility in upstate South Carolina looking to hire full time manager(s) .  Current operators will assist in training .  Manager(s) must be able to run facility completely.  Previous experience in the self storage industry is strongly preferred.

Applicants need to have demonstrated ability to do job, stable personal life, and willingness to live at the facility . Apartment furnished with all bills paid.  Prefer two people.  One will serve as the facility manager, the other as caretaker and part time office person.
