Motel Manager Couple Team - Sedona, Arizona

A small independent motel property is seeking a mature professional couple to manage and reside on site in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. Ideal couple needs to have complementary skills which include 2+ years of hospitality and supervisory experience with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and a steadfast sense of humor.

Responsibilities include 5 front desk shifts per week, hands-on management of 7 staff members, basic maintenance of property grounds, pool and rooms. Customer service, computer and light accounting skills and general maintenance abilities are a must. Bilingual and marketing expertise a plus but not necessary.

Compensation includes 2 bedroom on-premise apartment, with incredible red rock views, all utilities including cable and Wi-Fi, salary, nice owners, 2 weeks paid vacation and bonuses for revenue and occupancy impact. Salary will depend on skillset and experience of the couple, and on agreed-upon work schedule. This is full time employment for 2 non-smoking people with a “can-do” attitude and able to deal with odd hours while living in the desirable red rock country of Sedona.
