A unique 55 Plus Manufactured Home Community in Placer County is looking for a mature couple. We are looking for an honest, hard-working individual or couple who can work independently while at the same time possessing the ability to use common sense to accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively. Prefer self-motivated persons willing to step in and help out wherever necessary. Maintenance person having skills and water licenses would be preferred and one office person both with management skills.
Earn a comfortable salary, excellent benefits, including an onsite, rent-free house and paid utilities.
Office person must have excellent skills in the following areas: leasing, bookkeeping, customer relations, collections (rent collecting)., resident relations/retention, marketing, keeping tenant files up to date and accurate, bank deposits, must be organized, and posses the ability to effectively communicate with supervisor and residents. Applicants must enjoy working with the tenants at the property and take on all tasks with a friendly "can-do" attitude or whatever is necessary to get the job done.., this can be a very busy job and physically demanding, but there is flexibility and other benefits if the job is done well
Both positions are a full time (salaried), as necessary to keep the property running smooth.
Water Treatment/Maintenance person ffull-time position performs a variety of duties; assist with water treatment plant, in addition to testing water samples in accordance with local, state and federal requirements, maintenance of plant equipment and facilities, daily maintenance of mobile home Park which include but not limited to landscaping, meter reading, cleaning, and daily handyman work.
Requirements
• Must possess or be willing to achieve Water Distribution Grade 1 (T1) certificate issued by the State of California, Department of Health Services (DHS)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• lift and carry 75 pounds
• Familiar with PC applications such as Windows, Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Internet
• Mechanical ability to perform routine operations and maintenance of equipment
• Experience in water or wastewater treatment or other related field a plus
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Have good communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Perform strenuous physical labor
• Use a variety of hand, precision, and power tools
