FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage 2-person Management Team - Houston, TX

ON-SITE MANAGEMENT TEAM - Seeking an energetic 2-person Management team  to live on site and manage our self storage facility on Veterans Memorial Dr. in NW Houston.

Position requires good customer, marketing and computer skills. One will be full time/one will be part time.  Team must be dependable. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leasing, collections, daily reports, daily deposits, marketing, cleaning the office, public restroom and vacant units, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, light maintenance, including sheetrock repair. Bi-Lingual would be helpful. Storage experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Applicants must pass all background checks, credit checks, drug test and physical. Couples are encouraged to apply.
