FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Manager Position Available In Stevensville, MT

We are a small, family-run business looking for an honest, computer-savvy, self-starting couple with excellent customer service skills to run our self storage facility and (limited service) RV Park 5 days a week (we're open from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday). We have a satellite property about 25 miles away (in Hamilton, MT) that will require a weekly or 2x/week commute (we provide a company truck and pay for gas), but the bulk of the job duties will be at the primary Stevensville location.

Job duties consist primarily of manning the office, answering the phones, renting storage units and RV Park spaces, taking storage payments, making deposits, selling boxes and moving supplies, and maintaining the RV Park and facilities as a whole. The bulk of the bookkeeping and accounting will be done by our Las Vegas office, but the onsite employees are responsible for all aspects of day to day operation.

Monthly compensation for this 5 day/week position will be 12% of the total monthly gross revenue of both of the properties (gross is currently around $12,250). Regardless of the properties' gross, the base pay for this position will never be less than $8.50 per hour for 40 hours a week (around $1462 gross per month), but there is no company-imposed cap on the upside. If a couple is hired, only one individual is expected to be on duty during the work day (leaving the other available to work another job, take a nap, go fishing, etc.), although the couple is certainly welcome to work together if they wish. We are really looking for someone to take ownership and help these properties continue to thrive, and thus, we're happy to share any subsequent increase in revenue. We're hoping to find a good match to join our tightly-knit "work family."

Attached to our Stevensville office is a two bedroom, 800 sq. ft. apartment, rented to the resident employee/employees for a paycheck deduction of $500/month (we pay for utilities- basic cable, average consumption for power, heat, and water, trash, wifi & basic phone land line).

Couple to Manage Colorado Home

I am seeking an experienced, dependable, mature couple to maintain summer family home in Colorado Mountains, May-October. A good work ethic is needed. Team must also enjoy the outdoors and rural location.

He must be knowledgeable and experienced with all mountain home maintenance issues and repairs. Maintain mechanical equipment and autos; Maintain summer lawn, gardens, and general clean up of grounds.

She must clean and maintain all interiors, do laundry, ironing and help in the kitchen.

Salary is negotiable. Small efficiency apartment.
