Onsite Innkeeper(s) / Concierge (Couple) - Catalina Island, CA

We are looking for Innkeeper(s) with on-site Inn keeping experience, but not required.  We are seeking either a couple or single person to fulfill the position. The right match should be self motivated, flexible, willing to engage with all guests, possess a high attention to detail and be capable of follow through.  This position encompasses both day and night related responsibilities including but not limited to guest check in and checkouts, handling phones and reservations, answering prospective guest emails, coordinating urgent maintenance requests, greeting visitors and prospective guests, restocking items, ensuring cleanliness of common areas, room checks, setting up and striking our extensive breakfast, when the situation calls for it, stepping in and helping with house cleaning as well as additional responsibilities. We currently manage two properties and the position encompasses operations at both properties.  Engage in team building and cooperation with our team of Innkeepers.  Support our guests in experiencing the best possible Island experiences and guide them to connect with items of their interest. 

The onsite Innkeeper(s) is responsible for handling guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies after-hours and closing the building nightly.

This position must be able to communicate fluently in English and have current computer skills.

The position provides on-site housing.  The 1 bedroom apartment is built for 2 person occupancy only and is a non smoking unit.

Pets are not allowed for this apartment
