Management Team for well-maintained 153 space 55 Plus Mobile Home/RV Community. Extremely busy office during winter months (snowbirds)

Duties to be split between the team. Office Manager must have computer, smart phone, bookkeeping knowledge as well as all other basic office skills. Maintenance Manager needs knowledge of some plumbing, electrical, cleaning, pool maintenance, meter reading, etc.

TENANT RELATION SKILLS AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE AN ABSOLUTE MUST.
