Couple needed to run a 30 unit Motel in SE Colorado. No Daily Housekeeping or Major Maintenance. We offer nice 1 bedroom apartment with ay and Holiday package, wifi, cable TV, utilities.

Property is located in nice area of the town with private patio area, all ground level rooms with minimal work involved.

Property is well managed and all aspects of property are in excellent working order.

Most of our housekeepers are working for us for over 6 years and some are 10 years. We also have a part-time maintenance person who does most of the preventative maintenance.

Looking for experienced couple who is in stable relationship, Clean, 100% Non Smoking and Absolutely No Pets.

Reference will be Required at a later stage.

Immediate opening, but can wait couple of weeks for the right choice.

We have an immediate need for a Self Storage Resident Management Team (couple) with excellent customer service and bi-lingual (English & Spanish) communication skills to join our family owned and operated organization consisting of multiple locations in multiple states.  New hires will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our South Tucson facility with attention to detail, sales, marketing, daily cash management / drawer and sales balancing, banking, post-office duties, as well as maintaining a clean and well built facility.  Prior self storage experience is helpful but not required, as we have hired many successful candidates in the past from other industries; such as Retail / Sales, Apartment / Hotel management and other Customer Service type positions / careers, etc.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker/Housekeeper Couple Needed - Aspen, CO

Full-time experienced Caretaker or Caretaker/Housekeeper couple wanted to take care of large home on large property in Aspen, Colorado.  The Caretaker will live on-site and must maintain all grounds, structures and roadways in excellent condition and maintain the home and its systems in excellent repair and condition at all times. 

Caretaker will combine hands on maintenance and facilities knowledge with management of outside vendors.  Caretaker will maintain the landscaping, plow snow from roadways and driveways, shovel snow from walkways and patio areas, monitor and maintain water, heating, electrical and other mechanical systems, maintain gutters, snowmelt systems, interior and exterior surfaces, and maintain all vehicles and equipment.

The Housekeeper duties include cleaning, laundry, ironing, purchasing of groceries and household supplies and assistance with meal preparation, service, and cleanup. 

Private caretaker’s house on-site is being offered.

Positions are full-time.  The owners will be in residence about 5 months per year.  Candidates for both jobs must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.

Caretaker/Host RV Couple - Shelton,WA 98584, WA

RV Couple Part-time

I am looking for an RV couple to assist me in running my small clothing-optional romantic getaway and RV park located on 5.75 acres.  The position would be part-time.  You would assist in all tasks assuring operation from caretaking: miscellaneous repairs, pool and in-door hot tub maintenance, gardening and lawn, housekeeping of 4 lodgings with kitchens, to meeting and greeting our guests and phone reservations.  Tasks assignments would be based on your best areas of expertise.

You would be able to enjoy all privileges of the resort including: hot tub and pool use and participating with our weekend gatherings, campfire, potlucks.  RV space and basic utilities plus WI-FI is included.  You can work the season beginning today through October  or may also negotiate to remain through our WA winter as caretaker/ manager.  Pets are welcome.  Lodgings may be offered dependent on timing of your request.  

We are centrally located within the state close to Olympia to allow for excellant sight-seeing while in WA.   This position would be excellant for someone on retirement income.  Hours can be coordinated per your request, though Fri, Sat and Sun will generally be our busiest time.
