On-Site Management Team - Princeton, TX

Seeking an on-site management team for a manufactured home community in Princeton, Texas! Must have office skills, can do make ready work on manufactured homes. Own tools and truck preferred. Must have sales skills to sell park owned homes. We are looking for a couple that has at least 2 years experience. Salary with great performance bonuses!!

• implement the program and agency policies and procedures, philosophy and model of care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• high school diploma or higher;
• a minimum of one year experience working with youth, refugee children preferred;
• must be 21 years of age or older;
• must be married or in a committed relationship; and
• fluency in English and Spanish.

Workcamp in the Smoky Mountains of East TN - Walland, TN

Maintenance Dept:

Maintenance department openings for this season, ending November 15, 2012. Maintenance includes, but not limited to, swimming pool cleaning, cabin cleaning, vacuuming, and maintenance; assist with resort-wide activities; general clean up of resort; mowing and weed eating; and other light maintenance. We trade 20 hours a week for a full hook up sites with cable TV and Wifi service.

Office Worker:

We have one opening, for a office worker. Office duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, registering campers, cleaning and running social activities and games. Normal scheduled work would be from 5pm to 9pm, five days a week. We trade 20 hours a week for a full hook up sites with cable TV and Wifi service.
