We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager for a Mobile Home Community in Redmond, OR. REQUIREMENTS:

Work hours are M-F, 10am-4pm with a 30 minute lunch break and weekends off (except for occasional appointments, open houses, and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation.

Prefer experience with mowers, tractor, line trimmer, chainsaw, basic electrical, plumbing, mechanics, quality housekeeping and food service. Need to be willing and able to perform menial tasks such as weeding, cleaning bathrooms, and washing dishes yet have ability to to take over and manage all operations during Managing Caretaker vacations. Award winning 245 site park in the Rio Grande Valley has an immediate opening for an experienced management couple. We are part of a 2,600 acre master planned development surrounded by 3,000 acres of wildlife habitat.  We were 2013 TX Park of the Year and the 2012 Top Midsize Park in the US.  We are directly beside a state park which hosts the World Birding Center, and only a short bicycle ride from the National Butterfly Center.  We are a seasonal resort open all year with the prime season Dec – April and various spikes for events at the birding and butterfly centers.

Experience is required in personnel management, customer service and computer skills to include reservations, balancing the daily income with arrivals and reservations, and spreadsheet type reporting. Real Estate Sales experience is a valuable plus and a state license is not required. I need a single or couple who is willing to do whatever required during season with the understanding we are more flexible in the off season.  This puts you in charge and you are expected to be the go to point for the resort.

We have a great atmosphere, a wonderful resort, an events calendar that is chocked full and very loyal customers.  We routinely host over 20 workampers during season and 4 to 6 off season to help with park maintenance and activities, and we have a paid staff for cleaning and landscape maintenance.

This is a paid position which includes benefits such as health care, vacation and comp time, and 401K matching.
