We are looking for an adventurous couple to be winter caetakers fo a remote lodge. This could also be a full time year round position for the right couple. IN winter this is a very remote isolated location, completely snowbound, with no phone service. There is very good satellite internet and radio communicaton. Duties would include, but may not be limited to---general maintenance and housekeeping. Some snow removal, pumping gas for snowmobileing visitors and serving easy meals to them. RV AND BOAT STORAGE MANAGERS - YULEE, FL

I need a couple to manage and live at my RV & Boat Facility and Uhaul business.  There is currently a 30ft trailer that is under cover with all the well and septic hook ups on the property that can be utilized as a home as it has been for previous managers.  However, if you have your owner motor home, we have the 50 amp hook up and well and septic so you could also use your own.  The hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9-5 and your duties would include taking new customer calls, handling any issues with existing customers as well as receiving payments and updating the software, mowing and weedeating the grounds (equipment provided).   It is a 5 acre property and you would basically be responsible for making sure it always looked good and was professionally ran.  The compensation starts out at 1,000 a month plus all electric, water and up to $89 of cable.  The uhaul pay is in addition to that and that is paid solely on commission at 25% and usually is a few hundred dollars extra per month depending on how hard you work it. We also run a firework stand during July 4^th and New Year’s so there is an opportunity to earn extra money during those months as well.  There might be an opportunity to provide some other administrative assistant type of work for the owner’s other business ventures for additional money each month for the right candidate.  Please email or fax your resume(s).  We need someone to start on or before April 24, 2014.

Professional and experienced household couple is sought in Switzerland by high-net worth principals. The role is permanent and will require for the couple to work on a full time basis. Flexibility is a must and the family are very kind and down-to-earth. If you are flexible with them, they will bestow the same courtesy to you and you will be very well looked after.

Amongst the requirements there will be housekeeping, laundry management, cooking for the family, as well as butler duties, chauffeuring and property upkeep. The ideal couple will work pro-actively and will be approachable, with flexibility for some travel. There is a part time cleaner employed, who will work alongside and be managed by the couple, along with a full-time Gardener and Nanny.

The couple will ideally speak Italian (although not a prerequisite) and fluent English.
The accommodation offered is a separate, spacious 2 bedroomed house, within the grounds of the estate and utilities will be included.
The role will start ASAP and the salary is competitive and negotiable, depending on experience.
Working hours will be a 5.5 day week, with flexibility to cover 7 days when the family are in residence.

Extra pointers:
• The cooking required will be simple dishes (salads, pastas, soups, fish, organic vegetables). The family are not expecting a professional chef.
• In the regards to the butler duties, the family are not requiring a trained Butler, but someone who is skilled and will be able to perform to high
standards in assisting the principal.

We are looking for a couple to manage a large facility in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. Compensation to include on-site housing. The selected team will report directly to a District Manager.
Essential Functions Include:
• Meet gross revenue targets set forth by the company ownership, through effective sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain designated office hours.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and via telephone.
• Maintain professional, courteous relationships with existing and prospective customers, company vendors, community business members and company staff.
• Maintain financial reporting and bookkeeping systems provided by employer.
• Daily surveillance of property to ensure protection of customers’ stored possessions, as well as company property and buildings.
• Keep property clean and in good repair at all times.
• Supervise any additional staff, such as relief managers or any other designated personnel.
• Make bank deposits, purchase supplies and services as needed.
• Complete any collection activities that may be required of delinquent accounts.
• Any other duties designated by the district manager.
Work Skills: Basic computer operation in windows including experience using a self storage software application. Understanding of an automated gate system.
Experience: Prior self storage experience required. Office skills, communication, familiar with office machines. Sales skills preferred. Cash handling and telephone skills.
Qualifications: Good organizational skills and basic bookkeeping. Extensive knowledge of self storage industry law. Successful record of accomplishment of sales and marketing skills in the self storage industry. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Employment is also subject to the satisfactory results of a background check.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

We are looking for a mature couple to operate a small rural Cafe. The position requires experience in all aspects of food service, including ordering, preparing, and serving food.

Workcamper Couple needed - Branson, MO

We are a 41 site campground with two rental trailers and a cabin. We are the only campground in the Branson area that overlooks both Branson and Table Rock Lake.
 

We are looking for a work camping couple. One person to work in the office, Campground Manager, Word, Excel, Power Point & Quicken experience a Plus. One person to work maintenance around the campground. Pool maintenance experience a Plus. Some of the duties include: cleaning restrooms, picking up trash, vacuuming & dusting, cleaning of rental units, blowing leaves (we have lots and lots of leaves), registering campers, making reservations, hosting at campground events like picnics and potlucks.

We are easy going and love to have fun but we also know when a job needs to be done and how to get it done. Hours: two days a week including phone coverage for the two days (this is not Saturday and Sunday). In exchange we provide you with a 30/50 AMP FHU Site with cable TV, WiFi and electric. We do have laundry facilities available on-site. You are responsible for your own propane.

We are looking for a six month or longer commitment.
