Hello!   We have a terrific management opportunity for a couple to oversee a Recreational Vehicle Storage facility in a great area of Orange County, California. We are looking for a motivated couple who are capable of managing the business, have great communication skills, a positive attitude and are people friendly.  We will provide the managing couple full housing in a newly remodeled home on-site in exchange for working only 4 days per week.

We are seeking a couple that wishes to manage a simple RV storage facility with little oversight.  This is truly a great opportunity for a self-motivated couple, especially for those with a secondary (or home-based) business, or with supplemental/retirement income.

Straightforward duties include but are not limited to:
• Providing great customer service
• Answering the phone, taking payments, screening tenants, process Move-Ins and Move-Outs

• Basic computer skills
• Experience with Windows and Excel a plus

• Ability to use small forklift to move vehicles also a plus
• Willingness to perform general maintenance and simple grounds keeping

As the On-Site Resident Property Manager, you will be provided with a newly remodeled home which is on the property.

Along with the home, all electric, gas and water utilities will be provided and paid for as well.
