VACATION CABIN RENTAL MANAGERS AND REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM in BEAUTIFUL Ruidoso, New Mexico.

 IMMEDIATE opening for the right couple. 

FULL TIIME PERMANENT POSITION.

Management of 27  vacation cabin rentals includng  26+ year round monthly rental properties.

 Excellent location within walking distance to stores, banks and events.

The right couple for this job is energetic, detail oriented, highly computer literate with strong accounting skills and property management experience.

Must be able to supervise and manage employees. This job requires physical ability to perform housekeeping duties and all aspects of property maintenance.

 Daily reporting to main corporate office.

A basic working knowledge of construction technologies including plumbing and electrical is required. The properties and vacation cabins are constantly being updated and maintained to provide an upscale vacation experience and quality rental properties. We are striving for excellence in the hospitality and rental property business.

A positive attitude is essential along with ability to multi-task and have strong communication skills.

Compensation for the right couple is $50,000 per year to start including a private on site home for the managers residence.
