Experience in RV Park Management, Campgrounds and/or Hospitality Industries a must. Maintenance/Repair work requires working knowledge and experience that includes minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, irrigation, landscaping and cleaning. Must be able to operate hand tools, small tractor and riding mower. Knowledge and minor experience with Public Water System management and maintenance a plus.
Office work requires 2 years minimum experience in hospitality industry and computer skills. Accounting, bookkeeping and reporting experience a must. Experience required in small computer networks, performing back-ups & updates, WiFi systems, printer and scanner operations, filing, emailing, texting, online social networking for business and marketing. PC skills include Microsoft Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher) and website management. Training will be provided for campground management and security software.
Successful team candidates must be flexible, organized, time managers; efficient at customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Couple should possess a strong desire and ability to increase park revenue and the skills to perform each other's roles.

Amongst the requirements there will be housekeeping, laundry management, cooking for the family, as well as butler duties, chauffeuring and property upkeep. The ideal couple will work pro-actively and will be approachable, with flexibility for some travel. There is a part time cleaner employed, who will work alongside and be managed by the couple, along with a full-time Gardener and Nanny.
The couple will ideally speak Italian (although not a prerequisite) and fluent English.
The accommodation offered is a separate, spacious 2 bedroomed house, within the grounds of the estate and utilities will be included.
The role will start ASAP and the salary is competitive and negotiable, depending on experience.
Working hours will be a 5.5 day week, with flexibility to cover 7 days when the family are in residence.

• The cooking required will be simple dishes (salads, pastas, soups, fish, organic vegetables). The family are not expecting a professional chef.

Our village consists of twelve (12) single family homes with normally six (6) children per home.
We are seeking both Part Time Staff and Live-In Residential Care Staff to work in our foster homes in Coconut Creek, Florida.
The Part Time position requires a flexible schedule including overnights.
The Part Time Position is an Hourly position of 24 hours per week. Additional hours may be available based on the needs of the agency, but are not guaranteed at any particular time. In this position you work with the Live-In Foster Parents to provide 12 hours per week of double coverage in caring for the children in the home and to cover the home during the Foster Parents weekly respite time off of 12 hours per week and their Paid Time Off. This position requires a flexible schedule including overnights. Individual work schedules will vary based on the needs of the home you are working in.
Current Employee Benefits for part time positions include participation in the 401K Plan with a match provided.
Full Time Live-In Staff: Must be a Legally Married Couple with no children living with you or Single applicants with no children living with you to be considered for this position. Also, we do NOT permit pets.
Single Family Home with Own Bedroom and Bathroom for Live In staff and utilities are provided. Agency vehicle provided to use for transporting children. In this position you have weekly respite time off of 12 hours per week and Residential Care Staff who work with you for 12 hours per week to provide double coverage in caring for the children in your home.

Skills/ Requirements
Provide 24 hour care and supervision to ensure the safety and well-being for children with a history of abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Live In Foster Parent to provide a nurturing, supportive home and family environment. Cooking, cleaning, laundry, and other household duties required. Oversee medical appointments and medication distribution. Participate in school related activities and academic involvement. Coach and guide children in independent living skill building. Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to help support the mental health and behavioral needs of the children. Must be a Non-Smoker.

We are seeking a team of two self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial people with excellent customer service skills to work as a team to co-manage the store. This project is a profit-sharing position with a compensation package that will pay 25% of net profit, or a guaranteed base pay, whichever is greater. The business is already operating in the black and has huge potential for growth with the right management team. Salary increases will depend on your ability to cultivate the business to its fullest potential. At the end of a successful probationary period, a longer term contract may be offered.
This is an ideal opportunity to use or develop management experience. We are as interested in the character of our applicants as we are in management experience.
The managers will share:
• Housing for two people
• 25% net profit or $6,000 per month, whichever is greater
• Four weeks vacation per year (we are open to additional weeks off or rotation scheduling)
• $600 paid per month toward health insurance
Essential requirements for both team members:
• A strong, honest work ethic and commitment to our vision (efficiently serving both the local and the oil-based communities with excellent customer service)

• Accomplished in computer skills and office services (file management, scanning, emailing, graphic design, & editing)

Store hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Duty hours are approximately 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. each day and two hours on Saturday morning.
Keeping the store clean (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathroom) are a part of the day's routine in the store. Keeping the housing clean (kitchen, bathroom, and all living areas) is also mandatory. Team members must be willing to accept these as part of the job.
