On-Site Manager - Bakersfield, California

Extremely Well-Maintained, 41-Space, All Age, Monthly RV Park Community that is Gated with a Pool and Laundry Facilities.   Ideally located less than a mile to major shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions

Essential Functions:

• Effectively market our RV Park community
• Maintain Occupancy
• Conduct Move-Ins and Move-Outs
• Answer and return calls, texts and emails
• Rent Collection
• Answer Tenant questions  and resolve tenant issues or complaints
• Make sure tenants are following policy
• Open & Close Park Facilities Daily
• Maintain Park Facilities and Grounds
• Complete Park Repairs and Maintenance 
• Yearly Pool Maintenance (Pool Open Seasonally May – September)
• Manage Vendors as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
• Ability to work Office Hours of Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm (closed for lunch) & Park Facility Close-Up Hours of Monday to Friday 10pm -10:30pm
• Ability to be available for Park Emergencies
• Ability to cover for Weekend Relief Managers when they  are sick or go on vacation
• Ability to do both Maintenance around the Park and Office/Computer work
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Maintain professional dress attire
• Ability to work with tenants of various backgrounds and find resolution to issues
• Maintenance Experience needed to perform various maintenance needs within the RV Park.

What we offer:

• Permanent Management Position (not a Seasonal or Temporary position) which requires the Manager(s) to live On-Site Fulltime in the RV Park in Bakersfield, CA
• Full-time Paid Position for One Person OR Part-time Paid Position for Two People
• Annual Salary between $35K-$40K Commensurate with experience, skills and job description.
• Paid Vacation and Sick Pay
• PREFER MANAGEMENT CANDIDATE HAVE THEIR OWN RV TO LIVE IN (WHICH IS LESS THAN 10 YEARS OLD) BUT FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WE MAY PROVIDE A PARK OWNED 2BED/2BATH MOBILEHOME FOR MANAGEMENT TO LIVE IN.
• Park Rules allow for Maximum of 2-pets not to exceed 20lbs each.
